It's located near a big road, so it was convenient when I had business in Chiba New Town!
The free breakfast was very delicious and satisfying.
First of all, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the smell of a new building and the white-based interior were very comfortable. The lobby was also spacious, and the overall stay was clean and comfortable. In addition, the chairs and desks were arranged in an ingenious way, so it was nice to be able to relax while watching TV.
The location was also great, with very good access by car, and there was a supermarket "Naritaya", a convenience store, and a shopping facility "Big Hop" nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating during my stay. I was also very grateful that the parking lot was free.
On the other hand, I was a little bothered by the noise from the next room and the elevator, and there was hair left in the hair dryer, so I would like to see some improvement. Still, the staff was polite and I was very satisfied with the smooth check-in and check-out.

The new hotel opened less than half a year ago. The view from the room is pretty good and the breakfast is good, but the circulation design is not good.
