It's located near a big road, so it was convenient when I had business in Chiba New Town! The free breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the smell of a new building and the white-based interior were very comfortable. The lobby was also spacious, and the overall stay was clean and comfortable. In addition, the chairs and desks were arranged in an ingenious way, so it was nice to be able to relax while watching TV. The location was also great, with very good access by car, and there was a supermarket "Naritaya", a convenience store, and a shopping facility "Big Hop" nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating during my stay. I was also very grateful that the parking lot was free. On the other hand, I was a little bothered by the noise from the next room and the elevator, and there was hair left in the hair dryer, so I would like to see some improvement. Still, the staff was polite and I was very satisfied with the smooth check-in and check-out. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and it was a hotel I would like to use again!

The room area is much larger than the hotel of the same brand (Toyoko Inn) in the city, and it must be clean and hygienic; the cost performance is high; 5. There are enough parking spaces downstairs in the hotel; 6. The hotel provides self-service laundry equipment and paid beverage cabinets; The shortcomings of the hotel: 1. The surrounding facilities need to be improved, and it is far away from large shopping malls and supermarkets; 2. It is also far away from the city; 3. The breakfast can be richer and the dining time can be extended a little;

I stayed here because I was flying to Narita Airport the next morning. It was close to the station, clean, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that the bathroom was quite smelly, probably due to the smell coming up from the drains. But I would definitely stay here again for this price.

It was more comfortable than I expected. I was concerned about the low quality of the breakfast and the lack of restaurants nearby, but there was a supermarket nearby so I bought dinner there.

I understood this during the training. It was close to the station, and even though I stayed for multiple nights, the towels were changed and it felt clean. The walls were particularly thin, so there was no noise and I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you!
