"Maybe it's in a tourist area, the price/performance ratio is average because of the supply and demand relationship. The English breakfast in the hotel in the morning is very stylish."
"The room is amazing, the old house in 1793, like the crunch of the old-fashioned residential floor."

"It was a very nice trip, I highly recommend catch a bus 302 and travel to Loch Ness also Dunrobin Castle+2 hours on the train but It's will be nice.
About the hotel, breakfast was nice but the same, clean staff very friendly, interesting tonic water with watermelon, lime and mint, American Pool and Gym was nice."
"The facilities are very good, but if it is Friday and Saturday, you need to take a break from the nearby bar, where there are people partying all night, not friendly to people who are sensitive to noise"
"Very good, very good, very good, very good, good location, clean, good breakfast, Starry Island, Loch Ness, it is very convenient to walk and stop nearby. There is a gas station. Parking is difficult. Very satisfied experience."
"The beauty cannot be expressed in words. When I drive into the manor, the road is lined with lush trees and the road is long. As I move forward, I see a beautiful old castle with a sense of history. The flowers in front of the door are in full bloom and the lobby lounge is warmly lit. It feels like I am home. The handsome Scottish boy at the front desk was warm and humorous. We were lucky and got a super large and super beautiful room. The window was facing the sea and could not be seen at a glance. Beautiful furniture, soft bed, no dreams!"
"Especially recommended this hotel, a 300-year-old English villa, newly renovated, very thoughtful boutique hotel, fully up to the five-star standard, full bathing supplies, breakfast, my favorite is the exquisite garden It is very beautiful in the sunset. It is often used to hold wedding ceremonies. It is a hotel worth staying in."
"The hotel is far from the city center, but it is convenient for self-driving and has a good environment. The room is old and old-fashioned, with poor sound insulation, but it is still relatively clean. The breakfast is more English, but also has Scottish characteristics, with several different choices. I had dinner once in the hotel, and it felt average, not worth recommending."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is relatively small, but the sofa bed is big enough. Because it is near the airport, there are no more options, so I just stayed there for one night.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay. Our room was on the ground d floor and had a great space. Decor was a bit dated but very comfortable, and the bathroom has definitely been upgraded and a great size.
Breakfast is buffet style and was nice and fresh - prompt service - good quality produce also - so good I cleared my plate!
Car park was completely full so had to wait a while until a space became available
DDKencoThis hotel seems to get some bad reviews but I think many are unfair. From what we experienced it was a good hotel, great location and the person who checked us in was very good. Especially as the she had to handle an awkward customer ahead of us. Bed was very big and had a good mattress. Usual stuff you want in a hotel room and nice complimentary toiletries.
Location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Inverness centre, less than a 10 min walk to the most famous bank machine in Inverness (IYKYK). There is limited parking but a reasonably priced multi story car park is only a few mins walk away.
Staircase in reception area leading to the first floor is also very impressive.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very good in other aspects. It is considered very good in the small town of Inverness. The only thing is that the charges are a bit chaotic. They overcharged us twice. The first time: we were charged 23 pounds more for dining in the hotel restaurant (see the picture bill). The waiter refused to admit it at first, but later he took it back with the help of a friend. The second time: when we checked out, they said it was no problem, but the next day, 5 pounds were deducted without a card. We communicated through Ctrip, and they replied that we had access to the hotel's high-speed network. Ctrip asked if we brought a laptop? We are all retired and don't carry heavy computers. The hotel's Wify is free. Later, Ctrip gave us 50 RMB in compensation. Ctrip is still very responsible. In short, friends who go to this hotel need to pay more attention when spending.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.
GGuest UserEvening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.
The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep.
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.
Lasting impression I would not rush back.
LLishBWe arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge.
Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault).
The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.
Bbwr19A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.
CCatrynLots to love but room for a few improvements.
The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up
Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful.
Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!!
Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes.
Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door!
Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important
Food is expensive for the quality you get too
朱朱Hostel hotel. Very quiet nearby. Walk 15 minutes to the downtown area. There is a parking lot. Breakfast is to be done by yourself and the hotel supplies all materials and equipment. Overall feels good
