When you get there, email the landlord for the room number and password. You then take the key from the black box to open the door. It's usually easy to open, but we didn't have the password when we arrived, so we emailed the landlord to get it and let us in. It's very convenient to cook, as there's a kitchen. The only thing is that the sheets in the room could be whiter...

24-hour hot water, the bed is clean, but the room has a musty smell, and the location is very remote. It is not recommended to stay unless you are driving by yourself. The price is not bad.

We have booked quadruple room but was given triple room which is disappointing

No towels provided on site and we were not aware of this until checkin. We were given a self check in code that was incorrect and were unable to get into our room. We booked the four person quadruple suite and when we checked in there were only three beds and a sofa with no extra linens or pillows. We called to discuss this issue and were told that we had booked a 3 person room despite my confirmation for the quadruple room. We were forced to pay an additional £20 for a bigger room.
