Located just outside Inverness, the city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Mr Andy is a perfect host, the property is well maintained and very clean. The room is spacious and with a large window. Comfortable bed. The private bathroom is really tiny, with a very small shelf to support the necessary for shaving and personal hygiene but, all things considered, for 2 nights it can be adapted. Very good international and Scottish breakfast.

We had a great 2 night stay in early May. Everything about the stay was wonderful. We had a nice room with a bath. The breakfast was not a full Scottish breakfast, but we didn't really want that. It was huge with lots of options, hard boiled eggs, cured meats, yogurt, fruit salad, breakfast breads, etc. It is a little ways from downtown. We had a car, so it was not an issue, but might be a factor for some. Rooms are upstairs.

Stayed just one night it was great Andy the host was fantastic. Warm friendly and very helpful. If ever staying in Inverness again it would be my first choice. Its location is great the area being nice and quiet but not far from the city centre.

Questa sistemazione ha superato le nostre aspettative, le foto presenti sul sito non gli rendono giustizia. Dotata di ogni comfort, e molto moderna! Ottima anche la posizione: una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, facilmente accessibile. Il personale è molto caloroso e disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La loro accoglienza è stata impeccabile. La colazione è deliziosa. Consiglio a tutti.

Situato appena fuori Inverness, il centro è raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti. Il signor Andy è un padrone di casa perfetto, la proprietà è ben tenuta e molto pulita. La camera è spaziosa e con una grande finestra. Letto comodo. Colazione internazionale e scozzese molto buona. Il bagno privato è veramente minuscolo, con una mensola piccolissima per appoggiare il necessario per la rasarsi e l'igiene personale, ma tutto sommato, per 2 notti può essere adattato.

Accueil sympathique de Andy. Un petit appartement en duplex, salon au RDC, chambre et SDB a l etage. Joliment décorée. On s y sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le salon au RDC, il est complet et copieux, charcuterie, fromages, yaourt, salade de fruits, céréales, toasts, prêt pour une bonne journée. Merci andy.
