This hotel is totally misrepresented. It is NOT charming, it is NOT comfortable. There is no AC, there was no one at front desk after 5pm, restaurant was not open, door to hotel unlocked and entry completely insecure. The bed was lumpy, we were on the ground floor and the only window we could open was on the street next to a busy road and crosswalk with beeping alert. We were on our honeymoon and my wife was in tears upon seeing the room. We ended up leaving and finding other accommodations after we discovered how bad it was. Three star, hardly, one star at best. Long walk into town center as well. We ate the room charge and left after finding another room in Inverness city center at an even lower price.
