Very warm welcome, staff was super friendly and helpful. Lovely clean rooms and everything was perfect.
Breakfast was very good too. Amazing experience, would definitely stay again.

The hospitality is great. Chamapgne upon arrival is a good gesture. However, there is a price for everything in this hotel. After spending a lot of money, the least is to expect not to pay for water etc.

It was a beyond excellent stay at Ness Walk. The service and staff have been exceptional and warm. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Whenever we needed help, the staff were always really kind, warm and helpful. They've really created such a wonderful impression and we would only recommend Ness Walk to anyone visiting Inverness.

I have to praise Ctrip. The service is impeccable and the booking experience is great! This time I stayed in a hotel in Inverness. It is not large in scale, but it has a delicate atmosphere. As soon as I stepped in, my body and mind relaxed unconsciously.
The room facilities are quite good, the toilet and bathroom are cleverly separated, and the layout is reasonable and considerate. The warm-toned decoration is matched with soft lighting, and it is warm everywhere. It is so comfortable to live. The service staff is friendly and responsive. They can solve any needs quickly, and the favorability is full.
Every morning, authentic Scottish breakfast is served, with a unique flavor, which makes people's appetite increase and starts a day full of vitality. There is a clear river in front of the hotel, sparkling and beautiful. Strolling along the river bank and breathing fresh air is so enjoyable. The surrounding environment is quiet, especially suitable for walking and relaxing. This stay experience is great, and I will choose here next time!
