I'm a regular here ever week most rooms are ok but some don't have the HDMI working on the TV so when you plug your device in to the sockets on the wall it comes up no signal this needs to be fixed ASAP for your guests Apart from that rooms are good and restaurant is great highly recommend the brewers fayre

Travelled up to this Premier Inn on Tuesday after a long drive. Receptionist was informative about where the room was, breakfast and check out info. My room was in the annex across from the main building. It was on the ground floor but it was spacious, clean and relaxing. Bed and pillows were super comfy and the facilities were great. Had the best sleep I've had in a long time! Heard no noise from vehicles outside or guests in the corridor and the blinds were thick enough to block out any light. Had the best stay here and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Inverness!

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room had not been properly cleaned. Specifically, the floor had not been vacuumed and there was dust on the side tables and just about every other horizontal surface - e.g the top of the headboard. When we turned the heating on, the smell of burning dust was quite noticeable. The spare pillows had obviously not been checked as the usual usage tag was non-existent and the bag had been ripped at the corner. It felt like this annex to the main building had recently been put back into service after perhaps a winter hiatus? We approached the reception staff to communicate our observations and were accompanied back to our room to review our findings. The prompt response from the reception staff, who arranged for the room to be cleaned within an hour of reporting the issue, was greatly appreciated. All the staff we encountered were excellent. We would also take this opportunity to commend the excellent food and service at the adjoining Brewers Fayre. Karen & Douglas Ferguson.

I’ve stayed in Premier Inn’s a few times, this was the worst!! Definitely won’t be back to it and won’t be recommending it. I had booked 2 rooms , a double room & twin and got 2 twins rooms. Both rooms had a disgusting smell on arrival and despite opening windows the smell wouldn’t shift until I realised it was the shower curtain it was disgusting, a sour smell ,it obviously hadn’t been changed in a long time and it wasn’t a one off as my daughter had the room next door and her shower curtain was the same. I contacted reception and curtains were replaced but smell lingered for a good hour or so!! I asked the woman that came to change the shower curtain to smell it and she had to quickly pull her head away as it was so bad! The overall cleanliness of the rooms were terrible, especially the bathroom! Around taps, toilet seat hinges, shower head, dusty on tv, yellow stain on mattress protector on one bed, hair dryer in my room faulty and last tested JUNE 2023!!!! the fans in both rooms were so dusty we could not put them on when the rooms were hot during the night, resulting in everyone getting a terrible nights sleep( the windows were open) Rooms need a deep clean & refreshed! Definitely not worth the money I paid. The only good thing was the receptionist Katie who was helpful & apologetic about the shower curtains. I didn’t speak to anyone about the rest of my grievances as I just wanted out of there. Won’t be back again that’s for sure! I have put in a complaint as it’s not acceptable!!! This was supposed to be a special treat/night away for my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined by our stay here.

The standards have dropped. It was cheaper than I expected even with a meal deal (evening meal and breakfast. There isnt an internet connection as advertised. The staff dont have the code. The only real complete, the batroom. Mould in the shower cubicle thats easily seen. Free parking but make sure you register your car otherwise you'll get a parking ticket and there have been numerous issues at this location with this problem. Overall, it's okay for one night but you wouldnt want to stay there longer.

Due to a disability I required a ground floor room, a simple phone call to the hotel secured this. The room was very comfortable, it was clean, well laid out, with a walk-in shower which was just perfect for my needs. Easy access to and from the hotel, with plenty of disabled car parking.
