I stayed for the first time in this property, very nice overall. The only less positive note is the bed, mattress not in perfect condition and lack of a Topper. However, I reported this to the receptionist who welcomed my constructive criticism.

This hotel is a joke. Very dirty, cobwebs with spiders on the walls, bedding dirty, the bathroom was all moldy . this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. it looks beautiful in the photos, the reality is different. Only the service was nice. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was smooth and easy with the helpful and friendly staff. A comfortable room and I had one of the best sleeps on a trip around this part of Italy. A clean and modern bathroom too. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very busy and popular and the food was excellent and with large portions at a good price. There is also a large car park outside the hotel where you can park for free. I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to book there again.

Outstanding service: the whole staff are always available and ready to help. Such excellent service is delivered with a smile. Each team member showed an exceptional level of customer care. The room was clean, with everything one may need. Very good restaurant, too.
