You meet them at check in, at breakfast at evening meal. The food is excellent- after a long day exploring , to sit down in the dining room and be served excellent food and wine by the friendly staff. The out in the gardens to finish the wine by the loch ( weather permitting). I. The grounds there is a mooring on the loch, a river, a waterfall a castle, sheep angus cattle and lots of quiet. The web site is disappointing- pictures can’t do it justice, and anyway nearly all guests are returning customers- that says it all. Will be back
