We found this property in 2017 and knew the location was special! NEWLY RENOVATED 4000 sq feet, three floor home, perfect for family reunions or a week with friends! Five bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Loft with ping pong table/TV/sectional for kids (sleeps 4). Fully equipped kitchen with adjoining family room and formal dining. Four king beds and one queen. Huge kitchen with lake view as well as three bedrooms with lake views. Two bedrooms on second floor offer gas fireplaces and a wood burning fireplace in main floor family room. Laundry room on first floor and an additional laundry unit on second floor. Plenty of parking in front driveway (6 vehicles or RV parking).House includes clean linens, towels and basic toiletry items (hand soap, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom). House will be stocked with a day's worth of supplies: coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Our little guests are important too; house includes one pack n play. Best Location in McCall!! This is a large two level apartment with a private entrance located close to everything McCall has to offer. Park on the street and enter through the front door using the keyless entry pad. The open kitchen dining living room is perfect for entertaining. You are a 5 minute walk to town center! The apartment has one bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. The space will comfortably sleep 8 with an additional sofa bed on the main level. There is a smaller one bedroom unit around the back of the building that is also available for rent. Some reviews on this site are from that space before this larger part of the building was listed more recently. The building has a spacious back yard with a table and lawn chairs - a quiet oasis in the center of McCall. Walk to everything - the building is located around the corner from Cafe 634. Enjoy attractions such as restaurants, shops, and the sandy beaches of Payette lake.
