What we didn't expect was the beautiful deck (and beautiful windows!) facing the mountains, where we saw the most beautiful sunsets. The house feels secluded, but you are only 15 minutes from North Conway which has everything you would need. There were multiple ski slopes from us to choose from while we were there, and even a free place to ice skate next to the North Conway train station. Hot Tub off lower level, 6 person.The house is located at the top of a relatively steep driveway that combined with the grade of many local town roads requires a 4 wheel drive/ all wheel drive vehicle to access in the winter months. There is parking for 3-4 cars at the top of driveway only. The garage and apartment above are NOT part of the rental agreement. The Apartment is occupied by the property manager during summer and early fall, who are there almost full time to check you in, familiarize you with amenities, answer questions or assist with a problem. You will be notified about alternative check in instructions a week prior to your booking date. No Snowmobiles or other vehicles are to be driven on the property or adjacent properties.
