This cute cape cod was built in 1946 and has been completely renovated. A firepit and patio for relaxing outside. If you have 6 or 7 guests coming, we will open up the basement for you to use, so you will have an extra bedroom, bathroom and living room!Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. This spacious home sleeps up to 14 and is located within 2.4 miles of Beaver Stadium, Downtown, Campus and The Nittany Mall. Our home has 4 bedrooms each with a queens size bed and has 4 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 Sofa Beds and a queen size lay down sofa. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a Trundle Day bed.
