Located on a deep and wide canal with a 75 ft dock (45 ft of boat dockage due to boat lift) and easy access to the Vaca Cut Bridge - both the Atlantic and Gulf, fishing and diving are just minutes away. The dock is equipped with a cutting board, umbrella, and running water. Our East facing home offers a private heated pool, barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen. As our guest, you will have access to The Cabana Club which boasts a large pool, hot tub, sandy beach, restaurant, and bar. The City of Key Colony Beach is a peaceful, walkable community with public tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, and a Par 3 golf course. We have kayaks, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles, and family board games on the premises for your use.
