Winter: The dirt road to the condo is plowed when it snows but we suggest driving a capable 4wd vehicle just in case. The condo is located in the Rocky Mountains and borders the San Isabel National Forest and there is A LOT of wildlife (Bears, Deer, Elk, etc.) in the immediate area. PLEASE BE ALERT AND AWARE of your surroundings at all times (especially at night). We strongly suggest bringing and carrying BEAR SPRAY. CHARCOAL GRILLS or FIRE PITS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Please do not use the fireplace. There are games and DVD's in the unit for you to enjoy and you can borrow more DVDs from the Mercantile. The TV has Netflix and ROKU.
