Located in a quiet ghost town 35 minutes north of down town Moab, 30 miles from entrance to Arches National Park, and turn off to Canyonlands National Park. Very nice, 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Ideal for the outdoor persons who like to bicycle for many miles and leave from the front door, perfect also if you have ATVS. There are hundreds of miles of back country ATV trails that can be accessed from the front door. THIS HOUSE ONLY SLEEPS 2! We are 35 miles North of Moab and 30 miles north of Arches National Park. We are just 1 mile off of I-70 exit 187, which is the closest exit to the Moab exit #182. We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans. New 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home with porch , swing and ATV trails, ride from the front door. JUST 36 MINUTES NORTH OF MOAB ON I-70. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Only 30 minutes from downtown Moab. All 10 of our rental house are rated 5 star with about 200 reviews. Our 2 and 3 bedroom units are about half the price of a motel room in Moab. Peace and quiet is not for everyone. About half of the population love air pollution and bumper to bumper traffic. We appeal to the other half of the population that goes on vacation to unwind. We're not close to Wal-mart or clubs and bars. This is a place, that is beautiful. There are many hundreds of trails to explore, as well as nearby Ancient Indian paintings . 10 miles south of the town are hundreds of well preserved dinosaur tracks . John Wayne made many of his best movies within a 50 mile radius of this location . Indiana Jones was filmed nearby and Thelma and Louise was filmed in this Town !!
