Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.In the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes! There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.The condo is Heated and Air Conditioned. It has 2 wall mounted 4K TV's, and new high speed internet access. The condo has Newly Renovated one full bath with a walk-in shower (no bathtub), a Newly Renovated Kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, basic cooking utensils, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, microwave, stove, Full Size refrigerator (NOTE: there is no dishwasher in this unit). A drop leaf dining table will seat up to 4 people.A coin operated washer & dryer are located in the common area on the ground floor of the condominium building. There is a gas grill on property for use by condo guests.This privately owned unit is nestled on the water in a discreetly gated property. No public check in required. The unit is on the second floor of the building and is not handicap accessible.Note: Although the condo is located inside the Homestead Resort, it is not a resort-owned property, it is privately owned. The Homestead Resort Pools and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor (just minutes down the road).
