If your event takes place outdoors, loud music must stop at 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests on the Farm. LARGE 6 HOUR EVENT - up to 60 total guests - $3000.00This event fee includes use of the Event Overlook with seating for 60 guests, a gazebo, use of the 10 picnic tables, extra trash removal, and additional guest parking. If your event takes place outdoors, loud music must stop at 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests on the Farm. Sorry - no tents or port-a-johns are permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO BUSES allowed on the farm (no place to turn around). Our suggestion would be to drive to the end of our farm and then park at Giant Food Store where the bus can meet you. The store is about a 1/2 mile away and an easy walk or ride from the Farmhouse. The Atoka House is a beautiful log cabin with the original part dating back to the late 1700's. The home has 2 full bedrooms and sleeps 6 and 2.5 bathrooms. The property is 5 minutes from Middleburg and Upperville, and 10 minutes to The Plains and Marshall. When you step through the front door, you are greeted by the original log cabin.
