This beautiful neighborhood is family friendly offering multiple private parks, dog park, walking trails, basketball courts, fishing reservoir etc. The master suite is more than roomy, offering an adjustable king tempur-pedic, separate sitting area with desk, private walk out deck and is equipped with a huge bathroom wing with a separate shower, giant soaking bathtub, his/ hers sinks and a private enclosed bathroom. On the same floor as the master suite are 2 more larger bedrooms offering a jack and jill his/hers sinks and a separate private enclosed full shower/bathroom.The main floor is an open concept design. Which includes a living room, separate family room, 1/2 bath, granite counters, island kitchen, a full length dining room, beautiful stainless appliances, hardwood floor throughout home, walk out deck w/ grill, patio table and sitting area etc. We are a family of four whom travels often. When we are home we have our own private apartment completely separate from our guests.
