Through the kitchen you will find the full size laundry room.As you work out of the kitchen into the dining area and living room you will see the white Miami modern aesthetic throughout. The dining table seats six with additional bar top seating for four. The living room has a gorgeous white leather couch with modern white/chrome accent chairs overlooking a wall mounted smart tv as well as the beautiful view of the ocean that can be access through the living room balcony entrance/exit. To your right is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, wall mounted smart tv, walk in closets, and your own private oceanfront balcony entrance/exit. Through the master bedroom is the master bathroom which feature his/her sinks, a garden tub, and a large walk in shower.
