As you walk inside the house, you will find an open living concept with large, floor to ceiling windows for the best lake views. The kitchen and living area are large and great for entertaining. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom on the main level, as well as a large deck, perfect for sitting or grilling. One bedroom includes its own private balcony. The spiral staircase leads you to the basement where there is large floor to ceiling windows, a sitting area, table with chairs (perfect for card games), desk with a monitor and Queen over Queen bunk beds. The downstairs includes a full bathroom. The downstairs has an attached screened porch with easy access to the water. The backyard has a fence surrounding the yard. The house includes a new two slip covered dock with a swim platform outfitted with cleats. One covered slip with rubber matting and the swim platform with cleats are perfect for parking watercraft. Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across the street from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet and very comfortable house nestled up next to Koi ponds, 100 yards from IRM and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. If you need a great place to stay in this area; this is it. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay nestled up next to Koi ponds, about 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. New in 2018 the property is 600 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with queen bed. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa. A full-size bathroom and washer/dryer laundry room are accessed through bedroom. In July 2021, we had a new HVAC system installed.The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide 6 pillows, 2 sets of queen linens, blankets, bed spreads, bath towels, and dish towels, but you must bring your paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap. There are smart TV's in both rooms with cable, HBO, and Starz channels, and WiFi internet service. Outside there are three nicely landscaped deck areas to sit, relax, and watch the fish swim. Just off of the great room, you will find the fully equipped functional kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Walk past the kitchen and you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart tv, and new carpeting. This concrete deck is a dream for people who want to take in the beauty that Norris Lake offers or dine and relax after a long day on the lake or the nearby trails. On the upper level that overlooks the great room, you will find the newly remodeled master suite through ornate French doors. A balcony overlooking the back of the house is a great place to relax with your morning coffee as you gaze at the glorious views of the lake. Explore the lower level family room and you will find a stone fireplace and pool table with a new 2000+ multicade full size arcade game. The sitting area with a new large sectional sofa surrounds a new 70 inch smart TV. Our newly remodeled bunk rooms sleep 4 each with full size bunk beds in each. They are connected with a pocket door that you can open for a larger room or close for more privacy. This level also has a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second refrigerator for you convenience. Walk out of the basement and onto the porch with additional seating overlooking the lake for additional relaxation. If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the firepit with a bonfire after your day on the lake or your off-road adventure. The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The brand new covered dock has 2 slips and 2 jet ski ports. Use our recently added slide or jump in the water and enjoy a swim off our dock! There is a ton parking on the side of the house, a dedicated driveway, and additional parking in the back next to the firepit area. You are only about 10 miles from Windrock Park - G52,G54 trails for acres of off-road fun! Ride direct to the trailheads! Close to Royal Blue and Brimstone as well.
