As you walking out to the back of the house, you will be welcomed by a large deck, a beautiful pickleball court (which can also convert into a volleyball/badminton court), a basketball post, a fire pit, 150 feet of water frontage, a private boat ramp for small watercrafts, a long pier to two boat ports (with a large covered areas to sit & relax day or night). You and your families & friends can enjoy an array of games, such as corn holes, pickleball (voted to be the fastest growing family sport in the U.S these days), refine your free throws or 3-pointers at the basketball post, S’mores, fishing, swimming, canoeing, or just simply sit & relax and enjoy the nice Eagle Mountain Lake breeze while watching that beautiful sun rise and sun set.
