October 2024. Small suite with a view. The hotel is small, the territory is very green. Clean. Its own beach area: a platform with 2 descents, a pontoon in the sea - convenient for diving. Restaurant - on the beach: breakfasts, dinners by the sea - it's magical! Breakfast - buffet: the set is not big, but exclusively what everyone eats for breakfast: omelet, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives, herbs, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Everything is delicious. The waiters rustle. There is no feeling of a canteen. All day you can order food from the menu (in Russian). The prices are not much higher than Porridge, but the portions are huge - you can safely have one for two. But the best thing is the beach area !!! Beach towels are given out in any quantity. You don't want to leave! In October, the sea is warm, there are not many people, but not empty either. Comfortable. The service is felt - the staff is courteous. You can get to Porridge by minibus from the main road. I highly recommend the hotel!

You can go and stay without thinking of the hotel. I stayed with this application with 30% discount rather than the hotel. It's super-over-related.

The original three-person sea view room was on the 2nd floor. The sea view could be seen from the crack. After negotiating with the boss, it was changed to the family room on the fourth floor for free. The scenery was amazing. The only drawback was that the loud prayer sound of the mosque horn next door woke us up on time at 6:00! Hotel breakfast is quite rich!

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kas turned out to be a real disappointment. We had booked a room with a sea view in advance, but in fact we were placed in a room with a view of bushes and garbage bins! This discrepancy with expectations immediately caused indignation, and we contacted the reception with a request to solve the problem. Instead of offering an adequate solution, we were offered to move to a room with a sea view only for an additional fee of 50 dollars. This is despite the fact that the cost of accommodation was already 20 thousand rubles per day. Such an attitude towards customers and an openly greedy approach are simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4-5 star hotel. We found ourselves in a difficult situation: it was impossible to refuse to check in, since in the middle of the season it is almost impossible to find an alternative, and we could simply be left on the street. The staff was absolutely indifferent and showed no interest in helping, clearly preferring to make money on guests rather than solve the problem. The hotel is absolutely not worth its money, and its work leaves an exclusively negative impression. We will not use this service in the future and will recommend all our friends to avoid both this hotel and TRIP.COM, so as not to end up in a similar unpleasant situation. The room is too small, nothing else is wrong, the small balcony can smoke, you can dry clothes, drying racks enough. Breakfast is on the roof, there are quite a lot of things to eat, the fruit is fresh, and the instant noodles with your own are perfect.

This hotel is very suitable for self-drive tours, there is a large open space downstairs as a parking lot, parking is convenient and reassuring. We booked a room type with an outdoor bathtub, but it may not be used for a long time, the bathtub has a lot of stains and leaves, and you have to clean it yourself, before you can use it.

Very clean apartment with friendly staff operating the hotel. There is a little sea view from the first floor so you may prefer upper floors. Very close location to the famous high streets but with a very steep hill to get back to the hotel.. otherwise feels like home 👍

I like the town of Kash very much. This location is also great. On the border of the most lively area, I go out to various small shops. I go to the port for three minutes. The front desk can also help with the car. There is a spa downstairs. After taking the bus for 10 hours, I pressed a comfortable one to the hotel.

Very, very good hotel. Everything is top notch: rooms, bedding, cleanliness. The breakfast is incredible. The whole area is cozy and clean. The view from the hotel is gorgeous. Who cares: no TV in the room. Refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer - everything is there.
