"The hotel is very good, I recommend it. I'll just say the hard stuff.
This is an old hotel from the 1980s but it was renovated in 2017. The overall facilities are acceptable, and the condition is about the same level as the domestic 7-Day Express 8-class express hotels.
The biggest highlight:
The location is very good:
It is near the core commercial district of Vladivostok, and it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the core areas such as Victory Square and the railway station. And the beach is 100 meters in front of the hotel, and the sea view is unobstructed. There is an oken next to it, which seems to be a cinema and a food court. There are desserts and coffee on the first floor, and Korean and Japanese food, Vietnamese rice noodles and Chinese dumplings on the second floor.
The breakfast is good:
The restaurant is in the Victoria Hall on the second floor of the hotel. It is basically a Western breakfast of milk cereal, sliced bread, butter ham, and some stir-fried dishes, meat dishes and steamed egg cakes. If you are used to the Western food in the domestic hotel buffet breakfast, you should be able to accept this breakfast, but if it is particularly Chinese, you may not feel that it is so good.
The room is well-equipped:
Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, hair dryer, kettle, mineral water, free small green tea bags, even disposable slippers, pajamas, and shoe cloths are all provided by the hotel. Someone cleans the room every day, which is similar to the configuration of domestic hotels. There is also a 24-hour security guard in the lobby on the first floor. The overall feeling is relatively clean, hygienic, convenient and safe.
No problem with the service attitude:
I stayed for a few days and did not encounter any discrimination or discomfort. In fact, I did not have this feeling in the whole Vladivostok. Most of the service staff were very polite, but most of them did not speak English very well, so you have to use translation software more.
The front desk can speak English:
The front desk of the hotel can speak English. No deposit, no tip, just hand over the key when checking out, it's very fast. Most of the hotel signs have Chinese characters.
In general, it is very convenient. All the problems and bad habits that I worry about when staying in a hotel abroad are not here. I must give a five-star praise. The Russian girl in front of the Victoria Hall said good morning to me every morning, and I didn't have time to take a photo for her. Maybe next time.
In addition, I booked the hotel through Ctrip this time. Due to a problem with the phone information, I couldn’t get through to the hotel at first. I was worried that there might be some problems. Later, Haiyan, a staff member of Ctrip, helped me make the contact. I thanked and praised her."
