The building of the Hotel Usadba was built on the ground of the place called Nesselbeck (Nettle Spring) in 19th century. There were no traffic and annoying phone calls. There are 50 comfortable rooms in the Hotel Usadba located in three houses and overlooking the courtyard and gardens. The Usadba restaurant is located in the main house and it is a light and cosy restaurant overlooking the gardens and hotel grounds, and serves simple but very tasty Russian and European food. In summertime the restaurant widely uses fruits, greens and vegetables from its own garden located on the hotel’s ground. Also, during the summer period the grill menu is available.

The hotel is located in the village of Orlovka, 17 km from Kaliningrad. The hotel is built in the form of a medieval castle, which was recreated according to ancient drawings. The castle has a rich collection of exhibits — from knightly attire to authentic spearheads and arrows. The distance to the railway station is 2 km, and Khrabrovo Airport is 15 km away.
