"The hotel itself was beautiful inside, but there is almost no parking in the garage and it is very tight.
They didn't read or respond to anything I wrote in the reservation requests. They said the information didn't reach them, and they tried to charge a different amount than the amount booked here in the app.
I didn't get the room I asked for, I had to spend a lot of time when I arrived to speak to managers who gave me a better room as a courtesy, however the afternoon when I arrived, instead of being relaxing, was the opposite, it was exhausting for those who booked everything in advance and took care to specify everything in detail.
There was no plant-based milk at breakfast as requested, they only brought some gluten-free bread and that was it, breakfast had a 40-minute queue and no tables and everything was rushed, someone always had to be there to guard the table or we would be left without it.
For me it was not a good experience because I chose to pay and book a hotel to relax and it was exactly the opposite.
I had to assert my rights, because nothing was as right as expected.
Despite the person who changed my room trying to reverse the situation, which I think was the least I could do, it was not a positive experience. The restaurant, without any warning, even though I said I needed to have dinner there that night, only had a buffet for €80 per person, and since I have a gastric bypass, it doesn't make sense to me that dinner for two people would be more expensive than the night at the hotel, since I hardly eat anything.
There was nothing to eat on the menu other than steak for €28.
At 3 am I could hear drunk people shouting for colleagues to open the door for them, they were talking and shouting in the corridors. I had to call reception and they said they would sort it out, however later the same noise happened again. I went to sleep at almost 6 am and had to wake up at 9 am or there would be no breakfast.
It was the worst experience in terms of everything involved that I have had in a hotel in 31 years.
Aside from that, the sofa in our room was dirty with dried white stains, so the cleaning left something to be desired.
The phone in the room had no wires, how could I connect to reception? I had to get dressed and go down 18 floors to complain about it."
