Luang Prabang Hotels with Wifi

"Laos is not a rich country, but luxury hotels seem to be particularly fond of this country, especially Luang Prabang. Among them is Amantaka, which is a must-visit for Aman enthusiasts. During my half month in Laos, I experienced all the good hotels in this country. As expected, Amantaka is the best. The noble experience begins when the front office manager personally drives to the previous hotel to pick you up. The appearance of every customer service person in the entire hotel seems to be strictly controlled. They are all pure and peaceful, so that wherever you walk in the hotel and meet the staff, you will see the pure and kind smiling faces, which will calm your heart. ,slow down. Although the hotel is located in the center of the city, it is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. The hotel provides free shuttle tutu service to facilitate guests to explore the ancient city; it also thoughtfully provides free afternoon tea and laundry services. After swimming, you can use the steam and sauna rooms, and the facilities are well equipped. Monks will pass by the hotel entrance, and the hotel will provide free supplies and sticky rice to guests who want to experience alms. The hotel also gives guests woven bags and hats as souvenirs. It was an unforgettable and perfect experience in Amman Targah, and I hope to come back next time for a sunset cruise."

"Convenient transportation, not far from the main street, the room is clean and tidy, the environment outside the window is very good, you can spend a whole day on the balcony, the room and management staff are very good."

"A very nice location for walking anywhere in the old city with lots of shops and restaurants very near. The room is very large with a ceiling fan and strong ac. The small refrigerator was also nice. Didn’t try the ancient tv but the WiFi was good. As some others have mentioned the outside noise like animals and people sounds come into the room but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast views are amazing. The food was a small buffet that changed one of the main dishes every day so you won’t get too bored. A very nice choice and a great value. I would definitely stay again next time."

"The place is clean and close to tourist attractions. The room is not soundproof. The noise from the people staying in the next room is loud. If there are people playing in the pool, it is very loud. It is impossible to rest."

"I would REALLY recommend this hotel! It has a great location-close to everything, yet you can enjoy peace and quiet. The view is fantastic: you can watch the river flow and the sun rise in the morning. It's pristinely clean, the breakfast is delicious and has a great variety. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful."

Nice swim up pool and overall amenities in great condition. Big comfortable and well equipped rooms. Shuttle into the center of Luang Prabang whenever needed. Definitely recommend this great hotel. "I stayed in this hotel for the second time, the location is very convenient, next to the hotel there's a grocery where you can buy anything you may need and you can walk to the night market and many attractions of the city. the staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast is simple but good."

"National Day trip, just the railway, come and see the Southeast Asian style. I like to see the water very much. I found this store on the edge of the Mekong River. The boss is very enthusiastic. He introduced us to local attractions and could also find him to change money. The pace of life in Laos is slow and comfortable. It is hot, but living in the city center, where to go is only two steps, tired back to the residence to rest, blow the air conditioner. The next day I ran to Kansai Waterfall, and I also asked the boss to help rent a motorcycle. It was very convenient. Although the waterfall was not big, the water flow was fast and powerful. The itinerary is too fast, I feel that I have not played enough, and I will come back to pension next time."

"Both good and not so good….first the good: nice hotel, room was large and a great view of the river; pool is nice and the staff were generally friendly. The lady was superb as was one of the male front desk reception. The other male (worked the evenings more) never really paid attention to you as he had his head buried in his phone about 95% time…not necessarily unfriendly, but just didn’t really care. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but there’s only one vehicle so it may conflict with the time you need it if someone else is using the service already. The not so good: the location is quite far from the center where most of your time is spent. They do offer a drop off service, but it ends about 5pm-ish so if you’re out for the day and want to return to the Center for a meal then they’ll need to get a Tuk Tuk for you. We ended up renting a motorbike and always had to use TukTuks as we would come back and try to return later for dinner and drinks. Also the breakfast…there is only one option: noodle soup and they’ll give you some fruit. It was okay, but when I paid for breakfast I thought there would at least be another option. Lastly, you can hear everything in the whole place. If other guests are loud (which we had a few), you can hear them quite clearly in your room. Overall, I would not stay again mainly for the location being a bit far from the center. While disappointing, the breakfast wasn’t terrible, just limited."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The front desk guy is very welcoming. It has its own little courtyard and a great location. He's very helpful if you need help. If you rent a scooter, ask the front desk guy for help. At least the compensation for scratches isn't that steep, and he'll help you bargain. I'd recommend this to my friends."
