"For a small town this hotel was very great. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great location to all izakyas and restaurants and the bus terminal to go to the Sand Dunes. It was also right beside the train station. The room itself did seem a bit old but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls in the room were easy to use. The hotel was clean. I didn't include meals with my booking but the area where people ate looked very nice."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Tottori Station and a 5-minute taxi ride to Hokkaido Kaiten Sushi. It boasts a nice onsen (hot spring) and was very clean. Complimentary disposable amenities were readily available for guests. On the downside, the breakfast was quite disappointing – very basic with limited variety, and many items weren't restocked, which certainly didn't justify its price. Also, be aware that if you're staying with a child in the same room, there's an additional charge of 3000 JPY per night, and breakfast for the child is extra."

"The hotel model feels like it has a history, but the facilities are well maintained and new, the lobby is bright, and it should be considered a relatively large hotel in the area. The service attitude is also very good.
The hotel is close to Tottori Station. Just cross the road after exiting the station and you will reach the hotel. There is a bus station next to Tottori Station, so it is very convenient to take a bus to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji. If you want to take a bus to Tottori Sand Dunes, there is also a 4,000 yen taxi tour in Tottori. In short, the location is great! ! !
Disadvantages: The room is dark with yellow light, which I don't like. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and called the front desk, who arranged for the staff to come and open the window, which made things much better. (The wind blew after opening the window, which was very comfortable ~ but it felt a bit dangerous if there were children, so it was not recommended)"

"The exterior and interior were both very clean and it was a great place.
The manager was also nice and guided me to my room smoothly.
The rules were clearly written and easy to see, so I felt at ease even though it was my first time there.
Since it's a room-only stay, you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, food, etc.
Towels and other items are cheap, but they still cost a little money, so I recommend bringing your own.
Food and drinks are only available on the first floor, so you'll need to eat here too.
I think it's best to get a drink while you're there.
It was a place I'd definitely like to use again."

"We were given a room that smelled strongly of smoke. We spent a lot of time explaining to the front desk that the room was not acceptable and had to request a room change. It seemed obvious that someone had smoked in the room before, and it needed a deep cleaning, but the hotel had not done that. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk did not remind us about the included breakfast, so we ended up going out to get breakfast on our own on that day."

"The front desk service is good and the room is clean. It's a ten-minute walk from Tottori Station to the hotel. The location is good and it's quiet at night. The view of the cherry blossom trees on the riverside in front of the hotel building is beautiful. The room size is consistent with the description, and it is recommended to stay."

GGuest UserThe location is very good. Walk 200 meters to the left after exiting Tottori Station and cross the road. The sign is quite big. You need to swipe your card to enter after 10 o'clock. It is quite good to stay here when traveling alone. I recommend staying in a 6-person room. The toilet and bathroom are very clean. The price is relatively cheap. There is also a kitchen with a washing machine. There are also toiletries. I stayed for two nights and felt that the price-performance ratio is very high. The suitcase is placed under the bed, and there is a lock for valuables at the head of the bed. There are no convenience stores nearby. If you want to buy something, it is recommended to go to Lawson at the south exit first. It is also very close to AEON. About 5 minutes walk

The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well.
Breakfast was not too much and not too little, and it was a good amount, and I was visually very satisfied.
Location is quite tight without a car, there are not many convenience stores and restaurants around.
The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Also, the baby of g came out and it was a little disappointing.

There are ten beds in a room, although the templates are separated but a bit like (coffin...) Was woken up in the middle of the night with a man... I don’t really feel safe.

GGuest UserIt was a little disappointing that water was leaking from the grip part of the shower head and the washlet could not be used.
I didn't like that the parking lot and other visible areas were full of spider webs. It's close to a convenience store, but you have to go back to the main street to find restaurants, so I thought it would be a good idea to finish everything before checking in. I was really worried about noises like footsteps coming from above. The food was delicious.

Parking is in the hotel's designated parking lot. The hotel can pay the parking fee. The staff are friendly, but most of them do not speak English and communication is a little difficult. The room equipment is very historical, but the victory is clean and tidy. There are laundry facilities on the second and third floors of the hotel, which is convenient.
