Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing.
Service was exceptional, staff was great and helpful with anything and everything from luggage’s sent to our room while we check in, to helping to book restaurants within the hotel and even helped us to cut a melon we bought from the supermarket outside.
Amenities were great. Gym was big. We had Omakase lunch at the De Jima restaurant within the hotel and it was fantastic.
Hotel is connected to Amu Plaza which is a huge mall."

"Location is good, tram station just ahead. Walking distance to shops n restaurants. Parking instructions should be part of booking email confirmation. We went round and round to look for parking in the hotel, not knowing the hotel is in the shopping arcade. We stopped the car at a corner street and one of us went to the hotel to inquire, then only we realised we have to park at the public car park opposite hotel. The hotel staff gave a map to the three parking area, but the map font is too small and faint, we ended up missing the car park nearest to hotel."

"The bathroom was only a shower. There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and washing machine. Although I had a toothbrush, I didn't have a nightwear, so I recommend taking it with me. Although the room was clean, I was a little worried that the walls of the washbasin were dirty.
I was able to stay in a large number and spend comfortably."

"I traveled with my parents and booked a double room. It was significantly smaller compared to a twin room, which is typical for hotels in Japan.
The onsen was comfortable, and breakfast offered a good spread, though the menu was a bit repetitive.
On the third floor, they provided complimentary tea, coffee, ice cream, and Yakult, along with shoyu ramen in the evenings.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus stop. Tickets for the airport bus can be purchased at the airport's ticket counter (to be presented upon alighting), or you can simply pay with your Suica card.

"Although the hotel is located on the mountain, there is a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station and back. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would vote for this hotel if you do not mind the inconvenience of the hotel located in the mountain."

LLishangfengAs a first-time visitor to Nagasaki, I can confirm that this hotel truly lives up to its excellent online reputation. I booked the smallest room; while the bathroom was compact, the bed was notably spacious, making it perfect for solo travelers. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location. Tram and bus stops are just a stone's throw away, and there's a Yoshinoya right downstairs. Across the street, an indoor shopping arcade means you're covered no matter the weather, ensuring all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met with ease. Both the guest rooms and public areas are exceptionally clean, and the 3rd-floor lobby lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. On the ground floor, the elevator entrance features an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser and fresh flower arrangements, adding a very welcoming touch. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring two types of homemade toast as the main items, complemented by a wide selection of side dishes, salads, hot and cold platters, and drinks. It was really satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite; even without Chinese language skills, communication was never an issue. The hot spring bath on the 11th floor is definitely worth experiencing. Overall, this is an excellent hotel perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

SshengdanhuThe location is superb, directly connected to the JR station and a large shopping mall, offering abundant dining and shopping choices. All major attractions are easily accessible by bus right from the hotel entrance.
To reach the hotel, take the airport limousine bus directly from Exit 5 of the airport. For your return trip, the airport bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes one way, and timetables are available at the front desk.
The hotel's concierge service is excellent; they can help book the Mt. Inasa night view tour. This is very convenient as it includes pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance, lasts about 80 minutes, and costs 2000 JPY per person.
As noted by many reviewers, the rooms are exceptionally spacious with great views, and feature excellent water pressure and strong air conditioning.

The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

꾸꾸꾸야아This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

GGuest UserThe room is an apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, which can be lived in as usual. It is much more spacious and convenient than ordinary hotels with only a small bedroom. The advantage is obvious. However, there is a certain distance between the front desk and the accommodation, and the signs are not very obvious, so it is a bit difficult to find; the instructions for returning the room card by self-service check-out are not very clear, and some improvements are needed.

OOlga TarI really didn't expect anything from staying at this hotel, as it was twice as cheap as anything in the area. But it's really a hidden gem!
The location is perfect for exploring Nagasaki, in the heart of Chinatown, lots of eateries in the area, and a tram stop nearby. The entrance is between two buildings and not obvious at first glance, but Google maps will get you there.
The hotel has a retro vibe and doesn't look like a traditional business hotel, but does it need to? Big comfy beds, huge rooms (a lot more spacious than you expect to find in Japan), all the amenities you need inside. The description didn't mention a fridge, but we had one in our room. No view, but it didn't bother us.
Good breakfast for a reasonable price.
The only downside is that they don't have a coin laundry in the hotel, but there are some in the area.
In my opinion, it's more than value for money!

MM9628****The hotel is on the hillside opposite Nagasaki Station, about a 5-minute walk. There are three rooms in total. Self-check-in requires filling in emails and other information, which is a little troublesome. The hygiene is not as clean as the hotel. There is dust on the bedside and contact lenses left by previous guests, but the bed and bathroom are still quite clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware in the room, although we didn't use them.
