"Service: Very warm and welcoming. There's a ********* staff member who speaks Chinese, and the other reception staff's English is also very good, making communication easy and pleasant. In the afternoon, there are complimentary drinks, beer, and wine available.
We were also escorted to our room by a woman in a kimono who served us two cups of green tea – very thoughtful service!
Environment: The environment is fantastic. There's a hot spring foot bath where you can enjoy drinks, the view, and soak your feet, which is very relaxing. The private onsen also offers views of Mount Fuji, and the room wasn't as small as I expected; it's perfectly fine for a couple.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was just average. Perhaps the seat cushions weren't cleaned and disinfected promptly, as my skin is prone to allergies, and I broke out after touching them. Other areas seemed okay though.
Dinner: Dinner was served in our room, and an elderly lady introduced each dish one by one, which made for quite an elaborate meal. I really liked the taste of the sake served with the meal; the other dishes were pretty standard, nothing special."
