The hotel is very cost-effective. There are not many restaurants around. It takes about ten minutes to walk to eat out. There is no service staff at the front desk before 3 o'clock, which is not very friendly. It should be because there are not enough service staff. The hygiene of the hot spring bath on the 9th floor needs to be improved.

Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Atagawakan, this hotel presents a unique blend of convenience and natural beauty, making it a compelling choice for those journeying by car. Guests are provided with a shuttle service to the nearest train station in the morning. The hotel's crowning glory is undoubtedly its rooms, which offer breathtaking views of the majestic sea and the picturesque of 7 islands, providing a visual feast that is truly unforgettable.
However, the traditional Japanese sleeping arrangement, which involves bedding on the floor, may not cater to everyone's comfort preferences. Moreover, the early check-out time at 10 am, coupled with the requirement for rooms to be made up by the same time, might pose a slight inconvenience for some guests.
While the hotel's location offers a tranquil retreat, it is worth noting that it is situated a considerable distance from major attractions, which could affect those planning extensive sightseeing.
In summary, this hotel stands out for its stunning vistas and convenient shuttle service, though it may be best suited to those who appreciate the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of city life and are comfortable with traditional sleeping arrangements.

The room is large and Japanese-style. The toiletries are Pola, which is not bad. There are six private hot springs where you can soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable. The B&B is very close to the seaside. It is good to walk or take a walk in the morning.
The bad thing is that the room has a wood smell when entering, and a small centipede got into our room at night, which made me afraid to sleep all night.

This trip, the most satisfactory hotel, the room is large, facing the sea to watch the sunrise, complete supplies, hot spring water for bathing in the room, but it takes a while to get hot water, there is a public hot spring upstairs, and I went to the public hot spring to wash in the next few days, it is so convenient, the open-air hot spring on the top floor is used alternately by men and women, I experienced it at night and in the morning, it is more comfortable than indoors, the room environment is quiet, the sleep quality is good, the self-service beverage area on the second floor is not open 24 hours a day, the shuttle bus to and from Beichuan Station has a schedule, and there is a phone number in the picture below, you can call a car to pick you up when you come back at night, otherwise it will be more difficult to walk with the luggage, the front desk can speak English, there is also a handsome Chinese guy, not every day, it should be noted that the restaurants and supermarkets here close early and there are few, later we would buy some food on the way back every day, otherwise we would go hungry 😂 The internet celebrity's Heigen Rock Bath is free for guests staying in surrounding hotels, you must experience it, it is better to experience it yourself than to read other people's comments, it is really an unforgettable trip, I have been missing it these days since I came back

The hotel has a good location, less than ten minutes' walk from Izu Atagawa Railway Station. It provides pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked one day in advance. The service is super good. I remember that the front desk staff is called Asami, who can understand a little English. From the beginning of check-in, he will carefully introduce every detail that will be encountered in the hotel. Every staff member I met later is super enthusiastic, including the male staff who sent us to the railway station (forgot to see his name), whose English is not bad. You can feel that this country has taken service to the extreme! The room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the functional design is reasonable, and the sea view is unique. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool listens to the sound of the sea and relaxes to get rid of the fatigue of a day's travel~ The swimming pool downstairs is heated, and many people play in it, and you can drink a free drink~ The booked one meal and two nights is still very convenient in Izu Atagawa, and the taste is really delicious. I stayed for two nights and was reluctant to leave. I recommend everyone to stay here in Izu~

Perhaps it will be useful for someone to know more about the location of the hotel. I searched for options by filter for the city of Ito, but this hotel is not there at all. Nevertheless, I do not regret that I did not change my plans and came here. Izu no Ne and several neighboring hotels are located approximately in the middle between the onsen of Atagawa and Katase. You can get here both by local trains with transfers and by the comfortable express Odoriko. And if Ito, where I initially wanted to go, is a lively resort, then this is an excellent option for those who, on the contrary, want to get away from the city. Nearby, in Atagawa, there is a sandy beach where, depending on the season, you can swim. In September it was very warm, although there were decent waves. The Japanese-style room is clean, cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, spacious. The panoramic window overlooks the sea, and the windows face east — you won’t see sunsets anyway because of the mountains, but sunrises in all their glory are guaranteed. I can’t compare with other ryokans, but in terms of service, of course, everything is excellent. Be sure to book with meals — breakfast and kaiseki-style dinner are no less tempting and interesting a reason to come here than the hot springs.
By the way, about the springs: there are both public (men’s and women’s separately) and private baths, indoors and outdoors (also with a sea view). A private bath on the roof must be booked in advance at the reception (at no extra charge), and although I’ve been there a couple of times, it was more convenient to just go to the public one whenever you want. The baths are closed at night and during the day from ten to three for cleaning.
It seems that these onsen in general and the hotel in particular are not very popular, and few people come here, but it’s a shame! I would gladly come back here again.

The decoration and services of traditional hot spring hotels may be different in each hotel. Generally, when you visit multiple hot spring hotels, there will be hostesses to take tourists around and introduce the rooms, but this time there was no such service. As for transportation, there are usually shuttle bus drivers holding up the hot spring hotel flag to pick up passengers at Inatori Station during check-in time. The rest of the hardware and software are satisfactory. As for the meal, if you are a Cantonese who likes steamed fish, don't have too high expectations on the alfonsino.

Well, well, this hot spring hotel is the most satisfying thing about this trip to Izu. A few days before the trip, I contacted them in advance to pick me up at the station, and when I left, they would also take me to Okawa Station according to the operating hours of the Izu Express. Whether it was the setting of the private hot spring or the taste of breakfast and dinner, they were all beyond my expectations. If it weren't for the fact that I had several days of travel to go, I really wanted to buy their home-brewed fruit wine, which was so delicious. When I got up in the morning, I could soak in the hot spring in the room and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The skin care product set provided was THREE, which was made of all herbs. When I left, I was in a hurry to catch the bus and forgot to give me the check-out card. After asking the hotel, they gave it to me as a souvenir. If I have the opportunity to go to Izu again in the future, I will stay here again.

Amazing
YYUK PING IVYThe hot spring hotel room is very large, there is an open-air private hot spring and indoor hot spring. The hotel staff was very warm and courteous. They stayed for two nights. The dinner shop for the second night gave us an upgrade. It was really delicious and rich!
GGuest UserThe room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.
GGuest UserThe room is very big, with a big balcony. Lying on the hammock, listening to the waves and the sea breeze is super comfortable. After dinner, someone will come to make the tatami bed, which has two thick quilts. The room faces east, and I got up early in the morning to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately there were too many clouds and I didn't see it, which was a bit regrettable. Breakfast and dinner are delivered to the room, and there is a sashimi boat. Dinner takes about two hours, and the dishes are served one by one. Eat slowly and eat very full. There are two large hot spring places, each with several hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, separated by men and women, and switched every other day. When I went there, the wind was too strong, which gave me a headache. I didn't soak for too long, but the scenery was really good. When you check in, they will help you clean your suitcase and send it to the room. There will also be a lady to deliver meals during the two meals. She will give simple English explanations and send you to the shuttle bus when you leave. Wave goodbye. I would like to give special praise to Ctrip. They confirmed the hotel check-in details with me a few days in advance and helped me communicate with the hotel. I arrived late on the check-in day and missed the normal shuttle pick-up time. I contacted Ctrip about 20 minutes in advance. Ctrip immediately helped me contact the hotel shuttle pick-up service. The shuttle driver was also very good. He helped me carry the luggage and gave us hot towels to wipe our hands as soon as we got on the bus. In short, it was a very pleasant trip.
BButtingHighly recommend to all guests! The hotel staff was very good and they even gave us a surprise when they learned that we were travelling for our anniversary! The room is clean and comfortable, with an open-air bath and a stunning view of the endless sea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are rich and the fish is fresh and delicious. It is recommended to go to the public hot springs, which are divided into open-air and outdoor. I planned to go to the hot spring the next morning, but I was not informed in advance that it was cleaning, which was a pity. Other aspects of the hotel performed well and were very satisfactory. As the hotel is a little far from the station, it is recommended to make an appointment for hotel pick-up in advance.
SShinianyijianThere are several hotels around Inatori, including Ishikaihana, Ginsuiso, Sanaza, and Hamanoyu. Only Hamanoyu is in the direction of sunrise. Inatoriso has a very oblique sunrise. The sunrise time in the morning is 4:10, which is pure. We paid to watch the sea, but the hotel service was mediocre. The receptionist came to our car to check in. He glanced at the suitcase and walked away deliberately, which was very disappointing! The Yumoto Hotel where I stayed the next day parked the car for us and automatically put our luggage into the room. Inatori So had no welcome service at all. Ginshuizhuang also has an all-day bar. Everything here costs money. On the 6th floor of the women’s floor with fixed hot spring bathing, ice water is not provided. There is no description of how to soak in the hot spring. You have to take a break after several baths. Even ice water is not available. It’s not provided, so I can’t rest. I just take a dip and then go back to the room. This innocent person pays the bill in the picture of Xiaohongshu. The large bathing spot on the rooftop is Xiaohongshu’s fire. There is only one small pool less than five meters long, and the other side There are three pools in the assistant management room. The two sides are separate. You can't soak with your face. After soaking, you can get dressed and run to the other side to soak.
GGuest UserThe room was not soundproofed, and someone had been talking at night and walking and sleeping well. But the young lady who served in Chinese was great!
GGuest UserThere is no bathroom in the room. I have to go to the big bath. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but I need to book. Otherwise, it is all a large angle slope. I will go **. I need to change slippers in and out of the hotel. It is more troublesome. The hot water of the faucet is limited. It will burn after use.
YYukyDThis time I booked a Japanese-style room, which has a smell of straw mats and wood. If you mind, it is better to stay in a Western-style room. The Japanese-style room is a bit old, but the toilet and bathroom are clean.
Service: The hotel pays more attention to the privacy of guests. If you don't ask, it will not provide room service. Two sets of bath towels will be provided, which is enough if you stay for 2 days. You can call the front desk for any needs. All the waiters I saw were chocolate-colored, so they also spoke some English. In short, they can understand it, and the service attitude is also very good.
Facilities: The hotel will provide free drinks, alcohol, and snacks at fixed times. One thing to note is that there is no drinking water in the room. You can bring your own cup to the first floor to pour water. Because I am used to bringing my own thermos cup to make tea, I don’t need to boil water myself. It’s quite convenient to go downstairs directly. The hotel can also provide kettles and thermos pots.
Special attention:
1. The hotel’s disposable toothbrushes are as hard as shoe brushes! Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste!
2. The hotel can make an appointment for outdoor hot springs in advance, and arrange a private bath according to the room number. There are more optional times for booking with the front desk in the morning.
3. The breakfast is basically pure Japanese style, and it is basically sticky. I personally think it is not bad, quite unique, and very clean. But if you have a serious Chinese stomach, you can find a way to solve breakfast by yourself.
4. There is a Family Mart next to the station, which is 200m uphill. It is also convenient to buy some snacks.
GGuest UserVery amazing, breakfast is simply too rich! There are almost no people in the hotel soup pool. It is a child who stays in this house and will ask for an extra charge, so if you bring a child, you must communicate with the hotel in advance. In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all-Japanese style, a deep night! Ctrip.com is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales 👍!
