"Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private ”onsen” in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast. The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night. The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip."

"Nestled in the serene surroundings of Atagawakan, this hotel presents a unique blend of convenience and natural beauty, making it a compelling choice for those journeying by car. Guests are provided with a shuttle service to the nearest train station in the morning. The hotel's crowning glory is undoubtedly its rooms, which offer breathtaking views of the majestic sea and the picturesque of 7 islands, providing a visual feast that is truly unforgettable. However, the traditional Japanese sleeping arrangement, which involves bedding on the floor, may not cater to everyone's comfort preferences. Moreover, the early check-out time at 10 am, coupled with the requirement for rooms to be made up by the same time, might pose a slight inconvenience for some guests. While the hotel's location offers a tranquil retreat, it is worth noting that it is situated a considerable distance from major attractions, which could affect those planning extensive sightseeing. In summary, this hotel stands out for its stunning vistas and convenient shuttle service, though it may be best suited to those who appreciate the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of city life and are comfortable with traditional sleeping arrangements."

"Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks."

"During check-in, the ********* woman provided a very detailed explanation and communicated well in Mandarin. The hotel room wasn't particularly beautiful, but it was just right. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel's ocean-view hot springs are beautiful. Although the weather prevented us from enjoying the best views, the view from our room was still excellent."

"The room was fantastic, with stunning ocean views, and we even caught the sunrise! All our advance requests were perfectly handled by the hotel. The onsen was excellent too! I highly recommend the open-air bath on the rooftop. My friends and I went in the evening, and it was so uncrowded it felt like we had a private onsen to ourselves! Soaking in the hot spring, with the sea breeze and a starlit sky, was truly therapeutic for both body and mind. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and their service was outstanding! Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back! P.S. Although there's a delicious local Japanese restaurant and a small shop right downstairs, the location is a bit secluded. If you happen to visit on their closing days, it could be inconvenient, so I'd suggest bringing your own snacks."

"The hotel is located in a dense forest of mountains, very wild and luxurious, sitting on the terrace to drink a cup of coffee, overlooking the canyon and the sea, that feeling is priceless. The outdoor private hot spring is also great. Listening to the sound of insects and snoring in the pool late at night, the body and mind are healing. The ingredients for the vegetarian breakfast are picked from the vegetables and fruits grown by the surrounding Liangtianli Hotel. It is sweet and clear, and it is unforgettable with the aroma of tea after the barley is fried. There are many attractions within an hour's drive around the hotel: Dashi Mountain, Yibi Lake, Seven Waterfalls, and every place is very fun. I am looking forward to coming back for my next vacation..."

"The hotel is very good, although the language is not available, but the hotel staff are very warm, very worthwhile, Japanese tatami, very comfortable to sleep, the little brother who introduced the hotel also helped make the bed. There is also a private soup, indoor 24-hour free use, outdoor need to make an appointment, there are few people around, the scenery is super good, when the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise directly in the room in the morning, and the hotel breakfast is booked the next day, which is also delicious. Great hotel, very suitable for a few days of leisure vacation, that is, there are fewer foods around, all are very early, the convenience store is a bit far away, the station is about to go 10-15 minutes."

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean, the dinner and breakfast were also great, the waiters were generally very nice, but there was a rat ****, a young waiter with a broken left arm had a very bad attitude, not only did he not let us sit in the lobby after checking out, he also refused to let the shuttle take us to the station, until I said I wanted to complain, he let another ** waiter handle it, and I decisively complained on the official website! In addition, the bamboo floor of the ”balcony” in the room had burrs, which pierced the soles of my feet, but it was quickly removed and I didn't care."

All rooms feature natural hot spring open-air baths, assisting you in enjoying the luxury of doing nothing. A hotel in Izu Okawa, offering exquisite guest room open-air baths and scenic views. The hot water in the room's open-air bath is filled to the brim, with steam rising abundantly. All baths in the facility use 73.3-degree natural hot spring water drawn from the on-site well, with each room uniquely featuring bathtubs made of cypress or Izu stone. Meals include carefully selected ingredients such as seafood from Izu, chicken from Fujinomiya, and rice from Niigata. Immerse yourself in the hot spring and enjoy moments of delight with flavorful cuisine.

"In fact, the name of the hotel is quite meaningful. ”Fishing Fire” is better than ”Isaribi”. After all, it is also a traditional hot spring hotel focusing on sea-viewing hot springs, fresh fish and local food. It is hidden at the foot of Okawa Mountain, but is only about 500 meters away from Okawa Station. It is very convenient to go to Atami or Minamiizu. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to Okawa Station. Thank you Yang-san and Otsuki-san for your company over the past few days. Both of them are kind, cheerful, interesting and attentive. It was very happy and comfortable to communicate with them, just like family. From the moment of booking, they communicated very proactively and in detail. When it was almost time for dinner, they would call to confirm the dinner time. The check-in process was very easy. We just had to sit and drink coffee and enjoy the view. Every day's meals and entry and exit times are carefully confirmed one day in advance. Meal delivery and bed-making are all done while everyone chats and smiles. When faced with temporary changes, they are very proactive and quick to assist with changes and reminders. The hotel's private bath and Daikiri hot spring are both great and rarely crowded. Although we booked a private bath room, it is still worth going to Daikiri hot spring again at night. We took turns soaking in different baths every day and were very satisfied. The uncles and aunties there all speak some English, and they are very proactive and nice in communicating with us. The meals are different every day, even the tableware is of different styles. The ingredients are all the freshest seasonal seafood, vegetables and meat produced locally. They are delicious, light and large in quantity. Several girls of us eat until we lean on the wall every night... I highly recommend the local peach wine and grapefruit wine, which are both homemade. The hotel's toiletries are all from yayoi, which are very easy to use. After using them, I quickly went to the official website to buy them myself. The hair dryer and shower are both from refa, with stylish designs and a very good experience. Finally, I have to praise the tatami room for being really comfortable. You can sit or lie down anywhere. The bedding and pillows are very firm and comfortable to sleep on, much more comfortable than the soft Western-style pillows and mattresses. After soaking in the bath and then taking a nap, you won't feel tired at all. In short, it is very suitable for a quiet trip to relax and unwind. I will definitely bring friends there again. (They do not allow children under 12 years old to stay in their home, which also ensures a quiet environment and an excellent experience)"

Outstanding
MM519193****Super satisfied! There is a special butler who is responsible for your diet and other arrangements every day. It is a Vietnamese lady. The English is very fluent. It will also have a little Chinese. The service is very good. Especially worth mentioning is that the dinner is particularly good. The ingredients are fresh. All kinds of seafood lobster sashimi. The abalone is oversized. The taste is really good. The price is full. Our room type is a balcony with foot soup. It is very special. It is very comfortable to watch the maple leaves in the courtyard. The hotel has private soup and public soup. Private soup needs to be reserved at one time every day. Free tea every day. Ice cream and milk are provided. The only possible location is relatively remote. It is not convenient for tourists who are not self-driving. There is no reception at the front desk when we first entered the check-in, which caused us to find a long time. But the whole is really good, very recommended

GGuest UserThe room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in Izu Atagawa. The town is not big and there is only one Family Mart. You can buy snacks in advance. There is a small shop on the first floor of the hotel and a vending machine for instant noodles on the third floor. The hotel checks in at 15:00 and checks out at 10:00. Is this the rule for most Japanese hot spring hotels? 😃 There are Chinese service staff every day, but English communication is no problem. The ingredients are fresh and don’t feel dried...😯, black diamond users rarely comment, just happened to be there on the 24th, the picture below is the dinner that day, the hotel has some problems, but it is generally good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Izu Atagawa, two stops below Izu Kogen. The hotel provides a shuttle service. The hotel's lights are decent at night, but most areas are pitch black. During the day, you can see the ocean within a one- or two-minute walk. The hotel room is large and offers excellent value. The double bed is spacious and clean. The bathroom is a bit small. There are two hot springs, one open-air and one indoor. Bathing costs an additional 600 yen.

AAgnes LeungThe decoration and services of traditional hot spring hotels may be different in each hotel. Generally, when you visit multiple hot spring hotels, there will be hostesses to take tourists around and introduce the rooms, but this time there was no such service. As for transportation, there are usually shuttle bus drivers holding up the hot spring hotel flag to pick up passengers at Inatori Station during check-in time. The rest of the hardware and software are satisfactory. As for the meal, if you are a Cantonese who likes steamed fish, don't have too high expectations on the alfonsino.

GGuest UserI read the novel The Flower of Money and really wanted to visit Atagawa It was the most impressive travel destination during my 8-day trip to Tokyo This hotel is currently under partial construction But maybe because of that I was able to enjoy the sea view alone So I could really feel the feeling of relaxation The stuffy and stingy Tokyo hotels Healed me at Atagawa Yamatokan. The hot spring is not a facility that receives water that flows down It is a natural hot spring that flows down, so it is clean And the fragrant cypress and cypress scent was really impressive And~I was so grateful for the staff's perfect service from check-in to check-out.

GGuest UserVery amazing, breakfast is simply too rich! There are almost no people in the hotel soup pool. It is a child who stays in this house and will ask for an extra charge, so if you bring a child, you must communicate with the hotel in advance. In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all-Japanese style, a deep night! Ctrip.com is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales 👍!
