"Everything was great except some workers were rude and for the fact that I payed so much money for 1 night, we didn't have any toothpaste since we forgot. Furthermore we were told we have to buy it from the gift shop which didn't open until 9am. Very disappointed. I had to eat breakfast without brushing my teeth. I feel like there should be certain things at a 5 star all inclusive hotel since we're paying so much money for 1 night."
