The hotel rooms are very very beautiful, the sea view is very beautiful, especially the restaurant, and the view of the swimming pool are first-class, I will choose here again.

Very close to the Cestelle Levante train station, 10 minutes walk, the room is not big, there is a separate bathroom, there is shower gel, but no slippers, toothpaste toothbrush, very close to the beach, breakfast is OK, there is coffee

My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it remained so during my stay. Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day. I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience. Amazing location. Fantastic hotel with 10/10 cleanliness. The hotel staff at the bar was the best we have ever seen. They were so friendly and helpful! The only negative is the breakfast, which did not at all align with the rest of the hotel experience. Almost no variety of hot foods, different eggs, meats, fruits. We decided to buy our own breakfast elsewhere.

I have been looking for a hotel on the Liguria coastline in recent years. I think this hotel can be used for two brushes. It is very convenient to play in the water and sand: the hotel has direct access to the beach, the sun is hot in July, the beach is delicate, the fly in the ointment is that the sea algae floats over from time to time. It looks a bit dirty. I found a small fish in the sea. There are crabs, shrimps, hermit crabs in the stone....Because this is called Silent Bay, there is no wave, so the baby swims. I am not afraid of stepping on my feet and it doesn't hurt. I saw the 4 stars next door and I think it is better to bring your own beach. The hotel also provides free inflatable valves, you can paddle out to sea...

Waren angenehm überrascht…. TOLL!!!👍🏼 Alles perfekt und sehr sauber !! Super zentrale Lage, moderner Style… 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Einzig , der check-in war etwas irritierend, da wir anfangs nicht wussten (weil ja nicht ortskundig!) wohin wir uns wenden müssen!!!  Der Chef von der Pizzeria hat uns gerettet, und erklärt, wie der check-in läuft !!!!! Würden sicher wiederkommen oder weiterempfehlen!!! DANKE!!!
