"Firstly, thanks to staff: very professional and available.
The hotel is located in the centre of Acireale, and is therefore in a good location. The breakfast room is wide and bright, with a variety of options and self-service drinking machines, which I think is very comfortable.
Private parking is also very useful for payment, especially given the rather trafficked area.
I would like to find a tea and coffee boiler in the room in the future, which I now consider a key service. Furthermore – and this is a personal taste – the breakfast room is equipped with very long and rectangular tables with white towels. I think it is a practical choice, especially if the structure often hosts groups, but for a couple it is a little less intimate. It also indicates that a slightly broader fruit choice would be desirable (I found only apples and oranges).
In fact, I add that at the check-out, in addition to having received a little gift of goodbye (a very appreciated gesture), I was asked gently if I had suggestions to improve. It was not easy to answer at the moment, so I hope that these points will be useful.
I attach the photos of the room.
I thank the staff and the structure."
