The Studio, which is separate from the main house, has a comfortable living area with double glazed doors opening into a light and airy conservatory with roof and window blinds, which is pleasantly furnished. There is a shower room with toilet, wash-basin and walk-in shower with sliding door screen, a light above the mirror with shaving point, heated towel rail and wall heater. Bathroom cabinet. Toilet rolls. A galley kitchen is well equipped with welcome tea, milk, coffee and sugar, 2 ringed hob (no oven) standard fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/grill, and extractor fan.
