A delightful 2 bed apartment (53 sq m) with a large balcony (13 sq m) and stunning views of Villefranche bay and Cap Ferrat. It has a spacious salon with an open plan kitchen and doors on to the balcony. The air conditioning system serves both the salon and the main bedroom.It’s close to the beach (c.350 paces) and station – 5 minutes walk – and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Villefranche.If two parties are sharing the apartment, you’ll have to toss for who gets which bedroom. The front one has a king size bed and access to the balcony; the back one is cosy – it takes a standard double, just – and has a window overlooking the courtyard garden.
