"The personal was always super friendly and helpful, super clean, location is super B! The only thing that was a “problem” would be the WiFi. In the room it did not work that well, but it’s a problem I had in all of Egypt so I’d say it was ok. The restaurant/bar upstairs has incredible view of the pyramids at night. I highly recommend this hotel, for many reasons, but mainly because there’s no noise from the streets at all, compared to other areas of Giza."

"We checked out at 4am, but they gave us a wrapped breakfast to take with us. The hotel restaurant included a service charge, which was a little pricey, but the hibiscus tea was delicious. The bathrooms were clean, too. There were two bottles of water in the room. The north entrance to the pyramids near the hotel was closed, so we could only enter from the Sphinx side. Both entrances were within walking distance. You could buy anything you want at the nearby supermarket, Carrefour, which was convenient."

"Room and toilet is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited. Housekeeping very prompt. Front desk admin friendly. Room view facing pyramids. The only downside is the air conditioning made funny noise and traffic is noisy too because of its location. Beside hotel there’s a mini mart and a vape shop.  A bit upset paid $55USD for airport transfer but the car couldn’t fit us"

"I give a 10/10 to the location, a beautiful terrace looking straight to the Pyramids. What makes this place special are the people working there, some of the kindest we met across Egypt, they helped and made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend Doudou!"

"Our experience was really great: the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is top notch and you can enjoy your coffee in front of the Pyramid: simply amazing. The rooms are clean, WIFI is working well, the Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is big and the area around it is nice, the water in April could have been a little bit warmer though. All in all a top experience, would come back any time."

"I was very hesitant to book, but on my last night I decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! Every single person at the hotel was so kind. The gardener even gave me a small homemade flower basket while I was swimming in the pool. Such kindness, and I left immediately. Speaking of the facilities, I finally had a full breakfast this time. I'd booked breakfasts at Mina Palace, Hilton, and Qiancheng Hotels, but the breakfasts I booked were all just rubbish and inedible. This hotel offers both Chinese and Western options, including sweet potatoes, steamed buns, fried buns, wontons, purple rice porridge, freshly fried eggs, and sugar-free yogurt. The beds were very clean, albeit rough. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the New Museum, or you can take a taxi for around 60 Egyptian pounds. The pool is shaded by trees and doesn't get too hot, making it perfect for morning swimmers. So if you're a practical person, book it and don't worry. If you want to show off and post a photo on your social media, you can do so and it'll feel like home after you've done it! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends."

"整理來説還可以接受。房間裝修不錯，整體空間也比較大設施也比較好。就是Check in較慢，用了半個小時。此外有一台停了一個小時的電，房間臨街晚上噪音較大，睡眠較輕的不建議。"

"Very good hotel, stayed for three nights, new and very clean modern rooms, we had room 612 with a view of the Pyramid, in the photo and in reality everything corresponds. There is a large terrace also with a view of the pyramid and the city. The staff is very responsive, smiling, honestly I stayed in quite a few different hotels in Egypt, but the staff of this hotel is the best. Breakfasts are modest, but sufficient. Price and quality correspond. Not far from the pyramids, there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacies nearby, everything you need is absolutely enough. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip."

"The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray."

"Very nice hotel! The environment is very good, the room is clean, the service is very warm, the breakfast is also very good, it is very close to the pyramids, you can have breakfast in the morning and then go to the pyramids, and you can take a shower and check out when you come back. The lady at the front desk is also very cute!"
