"Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well.
We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo.
We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday.
As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada.
We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”.
Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels).
Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future.
Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly.
Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from.
The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel.
Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times.
There was enough drinking water at all times.
The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible.

"Very satisfied. I'm not in the habit of giving reviews, but I feel I need to talk about this hotel. It's really cost-effective. Fruit and wok pancakes were also given. The wok pancakes were the only ones I had in Zibo. They were crispy, oil-free, and very delicious. There is lemonade and rose tea in the lobby. The service staff are friendly and smile warmly. It's great! Will definitely stay here next time, great! ! ! ! ! !

Let me elaborate: About the Service: Lina at the front desk checked me in quickly, proactively informed me of the hotel's newness, and thoughtfully explained the free minibar policy (which was crucial; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have even opened the refrigerator). This perk was a godsend, and I felt incredibly happy saving a small fortune.
· About the Room: As a new hotel, its biggest advantage is its ”newness.” The room was odorless, and the decor was modern and minimalist, looking clean and fresh. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hardware and towels were all brand new.

"I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."

The carved screens reflected warm light, and the celadon ornaments exuded an ancient charm. It felt like I was transported to a Jiangnan residence. The bedding was soft and gentle on my skin, and I slept soundly. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, with fruit and snacks provided upon check-in, and a souvenir upon departure. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this city and experience the perfect fusion of Chinese aesthetics and comfortable accommodations!

We came during the National Day holiday, and the first thing that greeted us was the beauties at the Morandi front desk. Beautiful, generous, and decent were the first impressions they gave us. They answered all our questions with a smile.
The cleanliness of the guest rooms is impressive, and every detail reflects the hotel's professionalism and high quality. The room is tidy and flawless, as if even the details have been thoroughly taken care of. A clean and tidy room makes people feel peaceful, relaxed and satisfied. Whether it is sight or smell, the cleanliness of the room can give us a unique sense of comfort, making us feel Better to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and the facilities were relatively new, but the drain was quite noisy, waking anyone who wanted to wash their hands.
The breakfast was simple but nutritious. The front desk staff was friendly. When I arrived around 4:00 AM, a young man patiently provided instructions and even got slippers for the children. Paopao and Xiao Cui were also very friendly when we left, giving the children small gifts and the small flags the hotel had thoughtfully prepared for National Day.
Breakfast ended at 9:30, which was a bit rushed.
The hotel and hot springs are separate.
There weren't many unexpected guests on National Day.
The free hot springs are for two adults, and children can add a 30 yuan fee, which is deducted from the deposit. Parking is free.
The foot massage lady in number 90 was exceptionally skilled. If the children hadn't been in a hurry to leave, I would have definitely added time.

The requirements are clean, safe, affordable, and close to the place I want to go. This time I drove myself and had more choices. This hotel is right next to Zhoucun Ancient City, and it is very close to walk there. The front desk helped me upgrade the room for free. It has a large window and a small bathroom. Everything else is fine. There is no feeling of depression and it is also quite clean.

GGuest UserWe stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price.
However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price.
