MM590516****On a summer day, a gentle breeze caressed the waterfront of Zhouzhi Water Street, and lanterns swayed gently along the shore, reflecting the shimmering water. My girlfriend, Xiaoyou, and I excitedly wandered through the quaint alleys, savoring local delicacies and snapping photos with our phones. But then, our joy was met with tragedy. Xiaoyou turned around and accidentally spilled her sour plum soup on her favorite white dress, instantly staining it brown.
”Oh no! I didn't bring any change of clothes!” Xiaoyou stamped her foot in frustration. We had planned to continue exploring the night market that evening, but now she didn't even want to leave the house. I quickly comforted her, saying, ”Let's go back to the hotel first. Maybe we can help.”
Our stay at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel (Zhouzhi Waterfront Oriental Branch) was just a few steps from the water street. Initially, it was just for convenience, but it unexpectedly proved to be a lifesaver in this ”accident.” Upon entering the lobby, the front desk lady, Xiao Liu, saw Xiaoyou holding up her skirt with a worried look on her face and asked if she needed any help. After listening to our explanation, Xiao Liu smiled and said, ”Don't worry, I'll have housekeeping take a look!”
Not long after, a housekeeping lady named Yang knocked on our door. She swiftly took the skirt and carefully examined the stain. ”Don't worry, girls! I've treated this fabric before, so it can be cleaned!” She wasn't afraid to worry us, so she added, ”Just rest a little. I'll have it back in two hours.”
Xiaoyou and I were initially skeptical, since the stain had already dried. Unexpectedly, over an hour later, Ms. Wang actually returned with the neatly folded skirt—the stain completely gone, and the dress still had a faint, fresh fragrance. Xiaoyou was overjoyed and thanked her profusely, but Ms. Yang waved her hand away, ”Of course! We always have stain removal supplies at our hotel, just in case guests encounter situations like this.”
Even more thoughtfully, Ms. Yang brought us two extra sets of disposable toiletries: ”Since you two didn't bring any luggage, these will be enough for you. Feel free to call us if you need anything during your stay!”
That evening, Xiaoyou, wearing her clean skirt, sat with me in a teahouse on Water Street, listening to opera. She suddenly sighed, ”I thought my day was ruined, but unexpectedly, I was so touched by this hotel.”
After returning home, I wrote a long review on the platform to praise this proactive service: not all hotels can turn ”surprises” into ”surprises.” From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they didn't say, ”That's not our responsibility.” Instead, they demonstrated through their actions that a guest's trouble is their responsibility.

GGuest UserThe wedding room of this hotel is really amazing! I chose it without stepping on thunder at all, and I, my partner and relatives and friends have praised it! The room is big enough, and the washing machine dryer put the clothes for a day in and washed them quickly. The underground parking lot is also very large. It is very convenient to enter and exit. When the bridesmaid squeezes in to play games, it doesn't feel crowded. There is also a small living room where you can put snacks and drinks. The mattress was super soft, and the wedding was busy and I came back to lie down for a day, and the fatigue was not half. The light in the dressing area is particularly good. I put on the bride's makeup in the morning. The makeup artist said that this light is more powerful than the movie building, saving a lot of things. The service is nothing to say! Help us carry our luggage when we checked in, and also asked if we wanted to adjust the position of the balloon. The noodle bowl sent in the morning was also posted with the word Xi. Fruits were also delivered at night, and gifts were given when checking out. This wave of operations is really heartwarming! 1、房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈景精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在交通便利地段，出行方便，距離樓觀台景區和財神廟很近。隔音好，空調和地暖很暖和。浴室內的浴缸很寬敞，乾濕分離的衞生間，雙盆洗手池。房間所有窗户都是落地可打開的，早上醒來，明媚的陽光灑進來，很是愜意哦。
2、非常熱情的民宿工作人員，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先帶着我們簡單瀏覽一下民宿環境，並且一直送到房間內，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，民宿工作人員也是有問有答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。浴袍很柔軟乾淨，小梳子還是木質的，可以帶走，一次性拖鞋也很厚實。智能馬桶也很棒。
3、民宿亮點也很棒，除了小童可以體驗手工DIY，還有個樂高玩具房，還有二樓下棋區域，積木和泡泡米都很吸引小朋友。環境也很好，有桌椅板凳，還有飲水機，暖心的給家長準備了很多懶人沙發休息。還有早餐也很豐富，口感極佳，我吃的很多，每個種類都想吃，味道也是真不錯。
一顆星：
1、之前去過藍田疙瘩村將軍故里，很驚艷，經朋友推薦，專程來趙工故里打卡。私湯大床房/865/晚，含2位早餐，最終入住若水房間。一開始從硬件到服務都很完美。大概晚上7點半左右入住，到了房間立即放水準備泡温泉，從這裏開始就是無盡的無語和後悔。晚上10點半左右，已經洗漱完畢，室內浴缸泡澡結束了，院子裏的私湯池子水還沒有放滿，池子很大，左邊出來水，右邊已經涼透了，出水口和家裡的水龍頭一樣大小。給前台反應後，來了個大姐説幫忙重新放水。一直重複説，一會晚上記得關水，放水，不要流一夜。我們看着時間太晚，也很冷，就關了水，放了水。第二天一大早大概8點又繼續放水，想着昨晚沒泡，早上走之前得泡吧，定的温泉私湯，得體驗一下。放水期間預估得2-3小時，我們就去前台預訂財神廟，基本剛走進財神廟，微信客服就打電話問我，是不是一晚上沒有關水，一直在流着水，我解釋了沒有，才放。過了一會，又打給我説，不能這麼放水，咋們的水不是温泉，是燒的，讓大姐幫我去放水....整個事件就很無語，我不是一個浪費水資源的人，因為池子太大，無法蓄滿熱水，無法泡澡才是重點，而不是不斷的催我關水，質疑我是否浪費水的事。本來想着就算了，但是這麼一搞，去前台溝通後，讓我去別的房間泡澡，最終算是離店結束前泡澡了。如果這個房間無法泡澡，就不要在預訂時顯示，私湯了。真的敗光好感度。
2、進酒店前，就在攜程用積分兑換了延遲退房14點這個事，頁面也顯示酒店也確認。然而第二天13點的時候，前台碰見我們説不好意思催促我們退房，我們已經延時了，退房時間就是12點，不存在14點這一説。我解釋了攜程延遲的確認，前台沒搭理我，衹是看了我一眼，沒吭聲。而且，有種我無賴不走的感覺，很尷尬生氣。既然沒有這項特權，就不要在訂單上顯示有此項服務啊。
3、最後讓人無語的就是午飯了，想着早餐不錯，中午就在餐廳吃飯吧，神奇的事，衹能點套餐，2-3人餐/288，醬牛肉拼野菜、黑河鯉魚丸子、辣椒炒肉、時蔬、米飯，甜酒，300塊錢能吃，但就這幾個菜品就匪夷所思了，非得搞牛肉和魚嗎？問了能不能單點幾個家常菜，説不行，衹能套餐。我來體驗民宿私湯，家常菜應該必備啊，早餐都那麼豐盛，菜品那麼多，午餐能沒有蔬菜嗎？總體來説，和藍田那家，差太多了。體驗感不好。還不如去對面道温泉酒店，幾年前去過，也還可以的。
