"Even after a month, I'm still incredibly touched by the experience. An unexpected turn of events has made this my second home ever since. Having just arrived in an unfamiliar city, that night I stumbled into the hotel lobby, reeking of alcohol after a work dinner. Just as I was about to collapse, a kind front desk attendant quickly caught me, guided me to the front desk, and made me a cup of honey water. After I finished it, he helped me back to my room, laid me down, took off my shoes, and tucked me into bed. He kept reassuring me that the phone was right next to me and I could call the front desk anytime if I needed anything. I was still somewhat coherent then. A little while later, he came up to check on me again, and that's when I finally drifted off to sleep. Later that night, I suddenly felt incredibly nauseous. After throwing up in the restroom, I felt utterly miserable and completely drained of energy. That's when I called the front desk. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital. Two hotel staff members had rushed there in the early morning hours and stayed by my side. When I woke up again in the morning, a different staff member was looking after me in the ward, and they even brought me hot porridge from the hotel. I'm truly grateful for their support; they stayed with me all the way until I was discharged from the hospital. From now on, Atour will always be my first choice for any business trip. I eagerly await my next stay!"

"The hotel staff is nice and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with modern and comfortable decoration. The bed was soft and provided excellent rest, and the space was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel open and not cramped at all. The hotel is quite new, and its design reflects careful attention to detail. The hotel's swimming pool was also a major highlight. The water was clear, and the pool area was spacious, however, found some tiles at the bottom of the pool were loose, which was a minor disappointment. The hotel's location next to a large shopping mall added to the convenience—there were many different restaurants and recreational shops to choose from, which made it especially enjoyable for our family with children."

"When I look up and saw the air-conditioning duck, I almost fainted. It is just completely disgusting. I don’t understand how a five star hotel,or so they claim, does nothing about cleaning the air conditioning deck. I don’t know whether this is dust or this is mold, but in any event, it is disgusting and it may be contributing to my allergy in the room"

Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. "The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city center, right next to Xingzhong Square. This means you have dining, shopping, and entertainment (like movies) all within easy reach. Landmark attractions such as Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street and Qijiang Park are also just a short walk away, making it super convenient for exploring. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, a perfect start to an energetic day."

"During my recent business trip to Zhongshan, I stayed at the Elong Me Hotel. The hotel’s prime location near the Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center was highly convenient for my meetings. The room was spacious with a pleasant garden view, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was subpar, which hindered my work. Additionally, the staff’s limited English proficiency made communication challenging at times. Despite these drawbacks, the affordable rates and proximity to key business areas make it a viable option for short business stays.  "
