"I've stayed here many times, but this experience was terrible! After undressing to take a shower, there was no water. I called the front desk and was told there was a burst pipe and some rooms had no water. After waiting 10 minutes, they arranged for me to change rooms, but there was still no water there. I was forced to accept this. Why didn't they tell me there was no water when I checked in?"

MMayzieService: As soon as the car arrived at the door, a little brother helped to open the door and carry the luggage. The front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to take the children's disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and also gave us snacks.
Environment: It is a newly opened hotel in February 2024. It is not renovated. It is very nice. However, the rooms are relatively new and have some formaldehyde. It will be much better to open the windows and open the door for ventilation.
Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very good and spotless.
Facilities: The children chose a room with a tent. The cushions inside the tent were soft and very comfortable, and the children were very happy; the rooms are all smart homes, the projection is great, and there are film and television members; the toilet is equipped with a smart toilet. You can see from the window that the hotel is building a swimming pool. I believe more people will come after it is built.
Buffet breakfast: Currently, guests in the hotel and apartment share the same restaurant. There are quite a lot of people there. The variety is relatively complete and the taste is very Cantonese. Overall it is good.

This time I stayed in a duplex suite, which is cost-effective and comes with a lot of small gifts. There are many types of breakfast. I used to eat in the grand banquet hall, but this time I changed to the restaurant, so the whole family can sit down and eat without sharing a table. The front desk service is good, and there is guidance and follow-up after the processing is completed. It is much more considerate than the first time I stayed. I have been to many hot springs, but I still think Zen Spring is the cleanest and most hygienic. The overall experience is much better than the first time I went there, and it feels worth the price during the May Day holiday👍🏻

GGuest UserThe room is very user-friendly. There is a place to put clothes in the shower room and a clothes drying rack on the balcony, which may not be available in many hotels. The room is neat and clean, and there is a large balcony where you can see the scenery outside. It is beautiful when the lights are fully turned on at night. There are many hot spring pools with many themes, suitable for men, women, young and old, and the design is very distinctive. Both the security guards and other waiters are very polite and attentive. The only drawback is that there are no free snacks in the hot spring pool, only some tea, and the breakfast is not particularly rich. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

GGuest UserThis was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall.
We are already looking forward to returning next year!

GGuest UserHotel was near the busstation of Yunfu which has a direct connection to Guangzhou airport. Additionally, on the first floor there was a restaurant that had great food. The room was very spacious and clean. The check in procedure took longer than normally but that's understandable because of having a foreign passport. Overall it was a great stay and great experience.

MM693307****It was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the green space and rural landscape all around. I felt cheerful, free and unrestrained. The service here was very meticulous and thoughtful. After arriving at the front desk, not only were flowers presented to us, but we could also eat local snacks for free, such as preserved plums, brown sugar ginger and other emerging preserved fruits.
Although this place has just started trial operation, the facilities are pretty good. They provide free tea-making, barbecue, Kung Fu tea and singing, which can solve our entertainment needs during our stay at the B&B. The boss not only provided breakfast, but also specially offered our family a vegetarian package to a nearby restaurant, a special gift. In the morning, we also accompanied our family to take a walk on the greenway, greenway and stream next to the Space Capsule B&B to absorb negative ions. We also strolled along the 1 km road to the celebrity village - Longshantang. This village has a ditch that flows from Zangfokeng and passes through the village, which is very poetic. There is also a large grassland next to the village where children can fly kites and the whole family can bask in the sun. In the afternoon, we went to Zangfokeng, 2 kilometers away from the space capsule. It is said that this is the place where the body of Huineng, the Sixth Patriarch, was kept intact for three months. The reputation is well-deserved. The air is very fresh and full of negative ions. You can also pray inside, praying for good weather, peace and prosperity in the country in the new year, and good health for your family members and everything goes well.
This was a very memorable and enjoyable journey. Like 👍
