"Tv did not work in my room, was moved to another one for a night while they fixed it. However tv didn’t work there either. Wifi is poor as well. The service was great tho. I was gifted tea for the inconveniences and the room was cleaned with fresh water and towels daily. In my experience, I thought the hot water was broken, turns out it just needs 10 minutes before it gets warm, same with the sink. View from the hotell is superb. And the breakfast you get, noodles with coffee, tea, fruits and bread was an excellent start to any day. I would recommend the place, but not for extended periods of time, you should also lower your expectations a bit from what is showed on the site."

"For me the place was perfect: very close to the drop off point from taxis, so you don't have to walk for too long with the luggage, and walking distance from everywhere - the town is really small. Lili and the staff were super kind and helpful with everything. They also arranged a car to drive me back to the station. Maybe the only improbable thing is that they could share arrival information once they accept the booking: to access the ancient town you need to pay 108 yuan and many people arriving didn't know. This is not to sleep in the hotel, it's just to access the town, so everyone has to do it. But for me it's been great!"

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could see the waterfall from our room which was the highlight of our trip. The room was very clean, they even gifted us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon, as well as allowing us late checkout. Special thanks to Xiaomeng for the great hospitality!"

"I highly recommend this lodge ...recently renovated best location to the waterfall stunning view ...despite how small the Lodge is the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The hotel manager is very helpful, booked my entrance ticket and met me there , arranged my free transport from the subway to the lodge, helped me with my luggage both on the way in and the way out . Definitely consider booking there."

"This is an unbeatable accomodation in Furong ancient town. Situated right on the waterfall next to the bridge, it’s such a beautifully central stay. It’s right next to the main bridge that overlooks the scenic area, and a 5min walk to the waterfall view points. The rooms are a gorgeous wooden design, complete with a modern bathroom, and amenities. The owner was kind enough to contact me and arrange free transport from the train station, and a discounted entry ticket into the town (90 RMB, payable upon hotel arrival). I had booked a large single room but was given a different one with two beds, odd but alright. Be aware the town is vibrant at night and music/karaoke only stops at 10:30pm."

"Unbelievable view, very comfortable rooms the staff was very helpful. I had to communicate via WeChat and it’s was very easy. They helped me book my visit to the national park with a guide and a private driver. Who was also an amazing person. The city sleeps at midnight and wake up at 7 am with the sound of the water falls. This is the place to book your next trip if you are planning to explore this amazing and unique city. I love Furong town and I will definitely be back."

"This one need to walk down the stone pedestrian road, no lifts but staff try to make out to this by helping us with our luggage, they provide free pick up from the HSR station, once we enter the room the view is mesmerizing really glad we chose this hotel, breakfast was soup noodle which the broth is delicious and seated right beside the window breeze with nice view from the streams"

"Hotel located less than 10 min by walk from the scenic spot. The owner can help you to book a ticket a day before your arrival to have it cheaper. Free laundry service and easy check-in and check-out with all the explanations. Only one problem was a client who smoked in the room in the evening while I wasn’t there so the room was smelling cold smoke that I don’t like. However, as the owner was off, a kind employee helped me to change room to avoid the smell to rest peacefully. I recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed staying here. Affordable price, great location and friendly, helpful service. The staff picked me up from the train station - he was waiting for me and communicates via wechat, he will help you buy your entry ticket to the scenic area on the way to the inn, he carried my 25kg suitcase up some stairs and wheeled it to my room. Room is as pictured / advertised but bonus that it has a western toilet too - very happy. The view is wonderful, feels like youre in the country village but less than 15min walk to the waterfall scenic area. I arrived at 12.30pm and explore Furong for about 4hrs including lunch and watched x3 10min performances then went back to the inn for shower and rest. Went out again around 7pm for quick dinner and x2 night shows. The 9pm show in the theatre is really good. Make sure you carry your paper ticket at all times as theres many checkpoints - staff scan qr code on ticket. You can enter/exit as many times as you like within 3 days. Do stay at a local homestay type place to support the residents here. Its a great experience and a nice change from hotels. Honest! Its also a great way to immerse yourself with the people when travelling through China."
