"Great stay experience
1. The owner of the homestay made several calls before leaving to provide relevant information. On the first day of arrival, I went to the bus stop to pick us up. Help order bamboo raft tickets, impression Dahongpao discount tickets, save us a lot of time
2. The design of the homestay is ingenious and reflects tea culture everywhere. The tatami parent-child room is spacious and clean, and the unique big bathtub is my son's favorite. The oversized balcony can dry clothes and overlook the Yunv Peak. The equipment is complete, the quality is not inferior to the star hotel
3. The breakfast items are rich and delicious, and the grain pulp made by the beautiful hostess is particularly delicious.
4. Convenient transportation, spend 6 to 7 yuan to take a taxi, go to the south entrance of the scenic spot or Sanguhu roundabout station is very fast and convenient.
I compared many homestays when planning the itinerary. Fortunately, I finally chose a fragrance place and I really recommend it. The tea provided by the homestay is also delicious! If you want to buy tea, you may as well consider it"

"The boss and his family are very nice. They always take me out for dinner in the evening. If I get up early during the day, they will get up even earlier to prepare breakfast. The next day, they prepared homemade snacks and fruits for us in the tea room, including delicious Dahongpao cinnamon. We checked out at 6pm. I asked to pay an extra half day's room rate, but the boss refused. The tea house life is worth experiencing."

"Very very very great homestay! ! If anyone comes to Wuyi Mountain, I will definitely recommend this B&B first. The location is very good, right in Sangu Resort, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is also close to restaurants. The taxi price is starting from the lowest price. The hygiene is very good, which must be praised. There will be an aunt to clean the room every day, and the corridors and halls are very clean , it was a very comfortable stay. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic. They will help us make travel plans and remind us of the departure time. The proprietress kindly lent us the refrigerator for the three bowls of osmanthus lotus seeds that we couldn't finish (it tastes better when chilled). The room was also equipped with tea leaves, so I went to the teahouse and came back to continue my tea-making craving in the B&B 😉 The most important thing is that all the facilities are very new and very pleasant to use! ! Wuyi Mountain is a relatively old tourist destination, which is really rare.
It can be said that the total score of this trip is 9 points, 4 of which come from this homestay. It was a very good accommodation experience😋"

The overall experience is great, the room is no different from the picture, what you see is what you get, the view is invincible, you can sit in the room and watch the opposite Dawangfeng and Yunvfeng, listening to music and drinking tea is especially suitable for one person to empty.
The staff of the hotel are kind and courteous, the boss is a literati, very polite, the lobby is a 270-degree window, the design is stylish, breakfast, tea, chat, and daze are all very good.
The breakfast at the hotel is very Japanese style. The square wooden tray is a few small dishes and staple foods, exquisite and pleasing. I heard that my mother's birthday, the hotel staff also prepared sushi noodles and peaches intimately, and the sushi peach is good.
The small courtyard was well taken care of by the boss, and it was also an interesting experience to see the pineapple of the tree here.
Very satisfied with a stay experience, if I come back next time, I think I will be a repeat customer.

I happened to see this newly opened inn. It has a very stylish decoration, which is my favorite design. The boss and his wife are also very nice. The old boss lady even made tea for us. There is also a delicious local restaurant next to it. If I have the chance, I will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe reason why the trip to Wuyishan was perfect was mainly to choose the right hotel. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this homestay. We must sleep well when choosing a hotel. This homestay greatly satisfied our family. Sleep well is the room bedding is good, clean, quiet around, sleep very fragrant at night, we have three meals in the hotel, climbing the mountain to play back is already very tired, the child can eat directly after swimming in the hotel pool, do not want to go out to eat on a hot day, There are free snacks and snacks in the hotel lobby. Fruit Dahongpao tea fragrant tea eggs are delicious. My children are very happy to praise the boss brother. The boss also made us a good tea in his spare time and introduced the development of Wuyishan tea. We feel very relaxed here. By the way, I also visited the vegetable garden orchard of the hotel, which was very interesting. There are many experiences that chain hotels do not have. Very good, recommended

Yyanghx_yhxThe hotel is located in a lively area, surrounded by many villa-style accommodations. There are plenty of dining options right outside the door, which is very convenient. Ground-level parking is also available.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. After our booking was confirmed, they proactively reached out to ask about our itinerary and made preparations in advance.
The property consists of two villas; the one we stayed in had an elevator. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, and our room featured a large bathtub.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was exceptional. They provided numerous hangers, making it easy to dry clothes, and even supplied laundry detergent and other essentials – truly anticipating every guest's needs.
There was a generous selection of snacks, and six bottles of mineral water were provided at once in the room, with more available for free at the front desk.
Both the entrance and lobby were stylishly designed. Downstairs, guests could sample high-end black tea, which was also available for purchase in small packets.
Breakfast was also good, and importantly, they allowed guests to pack items to go. Although officially starting at 6:30 AM, you could actually grab some food much earlier, which was a great convenience for those heading out for early morning bamboo rafting.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel felt very warm, thoughtful, and left us thoroughly satisfied.

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

The modern architecture combined with the serene tea rooms created a peaceful and immersive experience that felt both luxurious and authentic. Spending quiet moments in the tea lounges, sipping local brews while enjoying the calming decor, was a true highlight of my stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the breakfast. Every morning, I was greeted with an impressive variety of dishes — both local specialties and more familiar options — all fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a fan of savory or sweet, there’s something for everyone, and the attention to quality was evident in every bite.
But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the support the hotel provided in helping me explore the area. They introduced me to a local guide named Spring, and I am so grateful they did. Spring was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about Wuyi. Thanks to her, I was able to discover hidden gems, learn about the rich cultural heritage of the region, and gain insights I never would have found on my own. Her guidance added so much depth and meaning to my visit.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I will absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine and enriching experience in Wuyi.

GGuest UserI've stayed in five star hotels around the world, and this was among the best if not the best. And certainly in terms of price/performance, it could not be beat. We paid HK$1200 (about US$150) for a 45 sq meters room with balcony. Things got off to a good start when they upgraded us to a villa which would have been perhaps 30% more expensive had we selected that....still an amazing deal. The room was pure luxury, with every amenity you could want. No cutting corners in this hotel, everything was top quality, right down to the little fountain in the courtyard of our villa.
All the staff were very helpful and professional. I don't speak Mandarin, so my wife was in charge of communication and had no complaints at all. Some of the staff spoke English, but certainly not all of them, so a translation app might be useful. Our villa was a 20 minute walk from the restaurant and reception, so we had to call for a buggy ride, but never had to wait more than a few minutes.
The breakfast buffet is huge and caters to both Chinese and western tastes with lots of fruit and vegetables available. The baguette was outstanding even for a western five star -- to find this quality bread in a Chinese hotel was very surprising.
The swimming pool and the gym looked great, but after a full day in the park, both of us were too tired to take advantage of either.
The hotel is 20 minutes walk away from the main bus station within the National Park. On the first day you need to take a ten minute taxi ride to the South Entrance to buy your ticket. After that you can ask the front desk for directions to the Wuyi Palace bus stop which will save you time -- or take a taxi there which will save you even more time.

The hotel has a restaurant and provided breakfast both mornings. It's child-friendly, and parking is available, making it suitable for road trips. Our room included a pick-up service from the railway station, which was spot-on. Overall, it was a great value. Downstairs dining options are convenient, and nearby there's a delicious Da San Wan restaurant and a KFC. The scenic area is also conveniently located 1-2 kilometers away.

Some suggestions: First, after booking a room, you have to go to the door by yourself, unlike other B&B owners who will contact you +V to remind you of things to pay attention to. Second, the house is not far from the north and south entrances of Wuyi Mountain, and is only across a bridge from the dining area, but you need to explore there by yourself. Third, when I was staying upstairs at night, I met two people chatting and walking around. The room was not soundproofed and the noise was very loud. I was woken up at around two o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to look for the service staff, but no one was on duty. I could only stand in the yard and shout. Later, I ran upstairs and knocked on the door to remind them before they went to sleep quietly.

The location is excellent, close to Wuyi Palace Scenic Area, and it is convenient to take the bus or the scenic area bus. In addition, the hotel breakfast is very good, with rich dishes and Chinese dim sum, and the local specialty rice noodles are very delicious. In short, everything is good. Highly recommended!

The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station.
The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing.
There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too.
Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.
