"This hotel is truly excellent! After a long search for a hotel, I ultimately chose this one for its sky lobby, anticipating a quiet and peaceful stay. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to confirm our room arrangements and thoughtfully assigned us two connecting rooms. Once we checked in and opened the connecting door, the kids were absolutely thrilled! And the breakfast? Also spectacular! To my pleasant surprise, they even gifted me a tea set upon check-out! 😂 The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area, saving us the hassle of constantly shuttling between different attractions. An added bonus, especially in the humid southern climate, is that staying on a high floor effectively avoids the common dampness and musty odors often found in hotels. Highly recommend!"

"The location is excellent, practically in the city center, with a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment facilities right downstairs. It's also conveniently located near attractions such as Huishan Ancient Town and Yuantouzhu. The hotel's cleanliness was generally good; my only minor suggestion would be for the bathroom floor to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk service was quite good. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. "My stay here truly exceeded all expectations, and I absolutely have to give them a glowing review! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff, who so thoughtfully upgraded our room. Checking in late in the evening, their service and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. I honestly hadn't expected much, but was completely taken by surprise – my impression of the hotel instantly soared! The upgraded room itself was absolutely fantastic – incredibly spacious with a very practical layout. Both the furniture and bedding felt luxurious and refined, making for an extremely comfortable stay. I slept like a baby, waking up completely refreshed and without any travel fatigue. (Just a minor suggestion: the existing child barrier might be a bit too low for a toddler around 1 year old.) Another small detail that truly warmed my heart: when I casually asked a staff member in the hallway one evening for recommendations on good local food, I was incredibly impressed by their patience. They not only suggested several restaurants popular with locals but also thoroughly described each one's signature dishes and exact addresses. They even clearly explained the most convenient way to get to each spot. Following their recommendations, we definitely didn't hit any duds – every meal was fantastic! Overall, this accommodation experience was absolutely perfect. Both the facilities and the service were incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

Not very luxurious, but simple and comfortable, and the breakfast is satisfactory👍The service is not particularly catered, but they are there when you need it and can respond in time. This trip was the first time I took my 86-year-old father and 11-year-old son with me, a total of 4 people. Everyone was very satisfied. It is not far away. Watching the red-billed gulls in Yuantouzhu in winter is really healing. The sunset is also very beautiful. Although it is a bit cold, the scenery is really beautiful. It is worth it. It takes about half an hour to queue up for a boat, but it feels very interesting after getting close to the red-billed gulls. It is worth it! It is recommended to come in the off-season and stay at the Sheraton. It is convenient to go everywhere. The staff are very enthusiastic. The room arranged by Xiao Yu at the front desk is very good. "The hotel is very close to a pleasant tourist area for sightseeing and dining. The building is beautiful, and the front desk staff can speak English. The room is quite large, comfortable, and modern, following Western decoration. There is a laundry room and a restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately, breakfast has few Western options; there was no cheese, the breads were not good, and the butter was not refrigerated. Also, despite the hotel being non-smoking, I had to ask to move to another room because of the cigarette odor."

"Thank you to Eleana for her thoughtful care before my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!"
