"After we checked in and go to the room, we opened the door and were scared to find another guest in our room! The guy lay in our bed and smoked.
We immidiately complained at front desk, and they offered us another room or accept the room after a new cleaning. They excused the event, but the problem is there is no security at the hotel. All doors are opened until the room is rented out, so everyone can walk into the room.
When you get your key card the room is safe during your stay and the cleaning lady is very nice
We rented the Featured room which have a round bed and nice layout, though the wet area wc/shower is together with no separation.

"The location is excellent, the hotel is diagonally opposite a market, many local fresh fruits. The room is big enough and quiet. I went to breakfast at 7:30 in the morning. There happened to be a tour group just finished eating, and there was rice noodles, porridge and milk left. The other three plates were empty and were not replenished in time. Two more boys came back, and there was nothing to eat, and they drank a glass of milk."

"This is a very good hotel, probably the best hotel in Wenshan. It just opened not long ago, and the facilities are very new and good. The bathroom shower has a strong water pressure. The front desk upgraded the room for free when checking in. I felt good after settling in and immediately extended my stay for one more day at the front desk. Across the road is the Everbright Shopping Center and the Food Street. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Wenshan."

DDewdamdinWe accidentally found this place and came immediately from Shangri-la coz my friend got very bad altitude sickness and we must leave after second nights. We don’t know where to go coz only two nights left to return home. So we just ok, let’s go to see Miao village in Wenshan, so we fly here. But what’s a lucky to find this place. The room is perfect the staffs are so nice and helpful Even They couldn’t speak English. We use Google translate to communicate and that’s make things easier. What we get is just more than we paid. Very nice city with corn fields around, nice people. Definitely stay here if we go there again.

The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone. It was very polite to call the floor to get water at noon, and gave two oranges. Overall not bad.

The room was cleaned super clean, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the shower water temperature and water pressure were just right, it was convenient to eat and go shopping, and it was close to Qihua Square. The front desk also sent a small gift when checking out. This feeling of being treated with heart is great, recommended to all friends in Wenshan!
