Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Shangshu Yayuan Meisu was newly renovated in 24 years, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, dry and wet separation, elegant environment, relatively large rooms, affordable price, good sound insulation. Meisu also has a large terrace and a park-style thatched pavilion, which is a good choice for leisure accommodation!

The location of the hotel is not far from Wuzhen Scenic Area (Walking distance) The staff at Front Desk counter woman with long hair (I'm sorry that i didn't ask her name) was very attentive, willing to help, very nice and having a good attitude. The room was pretty good, decoration. Breakfast prepare for a set, Quite good

Wuzhen Gate No. 2 is a bit LOW. You can see the entrance when you open the window. If you are over 70 years old, remember to turn right and go to the service hall to make an appointment to exchange for free tickets. Although it is not the peak season now, there are many people in the scenic area. It is very convenient to enter and exit here. The hotel is cost-effective and the service is very good. There are discounts for eating and buying water. I ate breakfast and dinner. The steamed dumplings, fried dough sticks and soy milk for breakfast are delicious. The three-fresh soup for dinner is good. My father fell in love with Tongxiang chili sauce, which is salty and fresh and super delicious. The room is very clean, with wooden floors. The projector is very good at night. It would be better if you can watch TV live. The software used always plays ads, a little complaint. There are many accommodations in the scenic area, but the experience is average. I am glad that I didn’t live in it. I am afraid that it will be creepy to live in a remote corner at night. Haha, there are many Koreans. Wuzhen’s reputation is promoted vigorously, but there are still not many cultural and creative things inside. I didn’t have a deep impression. Just experience the night view of the water town. I have been to Wuzhen, that’s all😄

It was my first time to visit Wuzhen and I went alone. I didn’t know the way. The hotel manager helped me find the way and drove me to buy a bus ticket to Shanghai. Thank you so much. For a foreigner, this made me feel warm inside. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and beds are really comfortable. Had a good sleep here. Not located in the scenic zone hence we need to buy tickets when entering their East and West scenic zones. Can't enjoy the morning scenery but the comfort level is high.

The design and aesthetics are online, the room is spacious enough, facing the ancient city, clean and soundproof, and the experience is good. The tea room is a bit closed and can be considered semi-open. It is recommended to add a small bottle of lotion for easy use after bathing.

A very satisfying experience! When I booked online, I didn't notice that the room was facing the street. After I arrived at the front desk, I asked to change to the quieter side inside, which was also smoothly changed. The service was very good. The hot water was very good and very comfortable! It is very close to the gate of the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away!

Very near XiZha entrance, lots of food nearby, spacious room and clean. Might need to improve on main entrance assesibility to the stay though as outsider can easily gain entrance to the back where our rooms are located. But theres cctv everywhere so i guess its pretty safe. One night during our stay was a bit scary though, unsure is an outsider or guest making a scene with loud banging and shouting in the middle of the night. Maybe the owner can do something about it for other guests to have a peaceful sleep at night? Overall we're satisfied with our stay. Would still choose this place regardless.
