"I have to praise the service at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, I was so warmed – the staff offered to help with our heavy luggage. When we checked in, they even upgraded us to a family room free of charge, giving us snacks and children's slippers. Such thoughtful attention to detail! The room was very modern, the bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, and even the hairdryer was a good brand. They even gave us a gift upon check-out. Such thoughtfulness is truly rare in a hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends!"
