I am very satisfied with the hotel as a whole. The front desk service Xiao Zhao is very enthusiastic and the best I have met during my trip to the northwest. When I checked out, I was given a canvas bag printed with Tianshui cultural and creative products. The hotel is not far from Wanda Plaza, about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a supermarket downstairs and small restaurants nearby. It is also not far from Tianshui Ancient Town and Siheyuan by taxi. The room is generally large, well-lit and clean. In addition to the 2 bottles of water provided in the room, there is also an extra small bottle of Nongfu Spring available for free at the elevator entrance in the corridor. This time, it took us five or six hours to go to Maijishan Grottoes, Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple from the hotel. The peak season had not started yet, so there were not many tourists in each place. We had a smooth trip without queuing almost the entire time, and returned to the hotel early in the afternoon. I haven't visited Shimen Mountain and Jieting Town yet. I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Tianshui next time.

It was a very nice hotel with all the needed amenities. The breakfast was amazing. There's even access to washing machine and dryer to do laundry. Only issue was the first room they gave us had a strong smoking smell, even though they said the whole hotel was no smoking. But when we reported, they switched us to a new room right away.

This hotel must be praised. It has a good location, not far from the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. The room is decorated in neo-Chinese style. Although it is not big, it is very new and stylish, clean and sanitary. The bedding is also very comfortable. The lobby and floor corridors have air conditioning, which makes people feel very comfortable as soon as they enter the hotel in the hot August. The most surprising thing is the restaurant. The decoration is high-end and classy. The dishes are rich and varied, and the quality is high. There are all kinds of Western, Chinese and local snacks. There are many service staff, all of whom are very polite and qualified. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there will be staff to sterilize the plates (hot) When it was handed to the guests, there was not only a big sister cooking noodles skillfully at the noodle stall, but also a pretty little sister serving the waiting customers with a smile. Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

Amy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby.
All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

The hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good.
The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service!

I drove back to Tianshui and wanted to visit Maiji Mountain, so I chose this hotel.
The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Maiji Mountain, which is very suitable for getting up early to play and then continuing on the journey.

Just across the bridge from the hotel is the railway station area, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and buying supplies.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price of more than 200👍🏻The decoration style outside the B&B is antique-style, and there are even tourists looking at the door. Bathrobes, heated toilets, Jimi projections and even green plants are all available in the room. There are also public areas Washing machine, dryer, tea table, room walls and corridor walls are decorated with butterfly specimens. When you check in and open the door, the sun shines on the bed. It is really beautiful. During the day, you can just walk to the ancient city and nearby Fuxi Temple and other attractions. Liji River There are two streets. You can also go for a jog on the riverside trail at night. I thought I would write a good review before leaving the hotel and took photos in advance. It is a B&B worth experiencing. Although it is in the ancient city, it is so quiet to sleep at night. It must be I need to set an alarm 😂

GGuest UserIt can be seen that the young couple is running the business very carefully. The location of the B&B is good. We arrived at around five o'clock in the afternoon, and there were not many people in the grotto. The tour guide provided by the boss was very good, explained in detail, told us where to take good photos, and helped us take group photos at several points. I strongly recommend everyone to come in the evening and use the tour guide provided by the boss. Great experience. The food is rich in mountain flavor. Specialties, Tianshui Guagua Ranran Laolao. It tastes very good. Breakfast is also provided for 15 people, which is enough. All in all, I highly recommend him.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

Before booking, I called the boss in advance and he suggested that we only book the 80 yuan cave ticket. After checking in on the first day of Qingming Festival, we were sent to the entrance of the grotto scenic area at 8:10 on the second day. It was less than 10 o'clock when we finished visiting and went down the mountain. At this time, the queue at the entrance was expected to take three hours to go up the mountain, so it was very important to choose to check in at the entrance of the scenic area.

It is very convenient to take a direct bus to Maiji Mountain Scenic Spot. The homestay is only more than 600 meters away from Tianshui Station, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk there. The room is of moderate size, with a simple and warm layout, and the design of original wood tones makes people feel relaxed. The big bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can sleep without any pressure until dawn. What I am most satisfied with is the windows in the room, which provide ample lighting and good ventilation. AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.
