"We booked the hotel on Ctrip at around 7pm on January 24, 25. We arrived at the hotel around 10 or 11 pm. I went in and asked the front desk where I could park. The front desk clerk told us with a bad attitude (you go find it yourself, they said local people find parking spaces by themselves, they don’t care, it rained all day outside, and in the middle of the night the front desk clerk still asked us to find parking spaces in an unfamiliar place with our children in the rain). First of all, they didn’t reserve parking spaces for us who had booked rooms in advance. Secondly, it was abominable to let customers find spaces outside in the rain by themselves. They didn’t even give us any reasonable suggestions or guidance. Finally, as a big brand hotel, their service attitude did not give us a good experience as travelers."

The characteristic folk houses in northwest Hunan have a simple rural style outdoors, with rice fields, lotuses, ponds and tea mountains; but indoors they have modern facilities without any trace of violation, such as WIFI, electric curtains, and central air conditioning. The takeaways we ordered were delivered to the room by the concierge. After checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Tu guided and led us back to the room. She introduced the room facilities and the attractions in the hotel and the surrounding areas in detail. She was a very considerate lady.
The room layout is very considerate and warm, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on (I also asked the front desk about the mattress brand when checking out [snickering]). I booked an ordinary king-size bed room. Because it was my first time staying, the front desk helped me upgrade to a mountain view room with a balcony. The area is large and very quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is highly recommended to friends who want to stay away from the city on vacation.
The environment is given 5 points. The hotel has a very good orientation. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The sun is full and it feels very healing. The night view is also super invincible. Seeing the lights of the village at the foot of the mountain is simply a perfect combination of high-quality service and comfortable environment.
