I only knew after I lived that the service attitude of the grassroots employees was all state-owned. Front desk: There is no one in the hotel, the room card is not opened, I went to the front desk again to ask for a refresh, and asked not to arrange the most side to me, 3 front desks, insist on not. Say that the special price is this, but you did not explain the special price on Trip.com means to live on the side. Breakfast: 9:30 went, said no, asked to take a little leftover, answer 9:00 has been all poured. Bathing: Fitness center, take the children to swim alone, think about two adults there to take a shower, change a wardrobe, stare at us, you can take a bath alone. You're not a hot spring. Oh, God!
