When I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, I didn't check the time and booked it to be check-in on the 10th and check-out on the 11th. I didn't realize this mistake until I was about to go to the hotel yesterday afternoon. I called the hotel immediately and the hotel generously invited me to stay there. "The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!"

"The hotel is new, but the smell is strong. The smell of the new decoration is a bit pungent. The service is good, but there are many restrictions on watching dramas and screencasting (it costs money, and it is the first time to stay). The room is small. Apart from the bed and toilet, there is only a little aisle space. The sink is outside the toilet and it is easy to get the floor wet. The king-sized double bed is wide but a bit short? The key point is that the sound insulation is not good🥲. You can hear people talking or closing the door outside. Even when the neighbor is washing up, you can hear the sound of using the sink. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know if I read the reviews saying that the sound insulation was good, or if it was an issue with the room type."

"The rooms are in the exclusive style of All Seasons, simple and elegant, and the hotel facilities are also very new. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good. The only drawback is the phenomenon of fake good reviews. I added the WeChat of the elders in my family, and after checking out, I told them that they upgraded our room and asked for a five-star review. Personally, I am a bit disdainful of this kind of behavior. After all, when we customers checked in, it was the front desk who took the initiative to offer to help us upgrade our room. However, how big is the difference between the room types before and after the upgrade? The right of interpretation lies with the store, right? No store has the courage to fully disclose the configuration of various room types. In short, I feel very uncomfortable seeing the elders in my family being deceived in this way. So even though this hotel has blacklisted me, I still want to write this experience here. I hope this society will have more sincerity and less tricks."

It's located directly above Yubo City (Jade Market), which makes it incredibly convenient if you want to explore the market. The Tianguangxu (morning/flea market) is just across the street, and there's also a dim sum restaurant on the fourth floor.

There are many places to eat nearby, so it's very convenient. It would be even better if the hotel provided a restaurant and laundry service.

The room is brand new and smart, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast is even more varied. The bathroom has hot water in seconds and plenty of water, which provides an excellent bathing experience. The front desk lady is beautiful and the service is considerate, with both beauty and professionalism. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations and is worth recommending!

GGuest UserI will stay in this hotel every time I come to Sihui. Everything about the hotel is good, but the wireless network system is too weak. It always disconnects automatically for no reason. Every time I need to call the front desk to ask the front desk to restart the network. I hope the hotel can face up to this annoying problem.
